This standard specifies a method of measuring the turns ratio of a transformer used in a coupler. This method allows also for verification of the input and output voltage phase.
It shall be used together with EN 2591-100.

Diese Norm legt ein Verfahren zum Messen des Windungsverhältnisses des in einem Koppler verwendeten Koppelübertragers fest. Mit diesem Verfahren kann auch die Phasenlage der Ein- und Ausgangsspannung überprüft werden.
Sie ist in Verbindung mit EN 2591-100 anzuwenden.

La présente norme spécifie une méthode de mesure du rapport des spires sur un transformateur utilisé dans un coupleur. Cette méthode permet aussi de vérifier la phase des tensions d'entrée et de sortie.
Elle doit etre utilisée conjointement avec EN 2591-100.
