This European Standard specifies functional requirements and safety reqirements for basketball equipment. This European Standard is applicable to 8 types of basketball equipment within the classes A to E. This European Standard is not applicable to home basketball equipment, which is considered to be covered by EN 71-1.

This European Standard specifies the functional requirements and the safety requirements for badminton equipment, excluding rackets and shuttlecocks. This standard is applicable to three types of badminton equipment which are used indoors.

This European Standard specifies the functional requirements and the safety requirements for volleyball equipment. This standard is applicable to 2 types and 3 classes of volleyball equipment which are used indoors and outdoors.

This European Standard specifies the functional requirements and the safety requirements of tennis equipment, excluding rackets and balls. This European Standard is applicable to 3 types of tennis equipment which are used indoors and outdoors.

This standard specifies the functional requirements for 2 types (see clause 3) and the safety requirements (see clause 4) for handball goals. It is applicable to handball goals for training and competition. Note: Goals according to this standard can also be used for indoor football and indoor hockey.

This standard specifies the functional requirements for 3 types and 2 sizes (see clause 3) and the safety requirements (see clause 4) for football goals. It is applicable to football goals for training and competition in outdoor sports facilities and indoor arenas.

This standard specifies the functional requirements for 2 types (see clause 3) and the safety requirements (see clause 4) for hochey goals.
