Standard Practice for Preparation of Bituminous Mixture Specimens for Dynamic Modulus Testing

SCOPE
1.1 This method covers the preparation of cylindrical specimens of bituminous paving mixture suitable for dynamic modulus tests. The method is intended for dense-graded bituminous concrete mixtures containing aggregate up to 1 in. (25.4 mm) maximum size.
1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are the standard. The values in parentheses are for information only.
1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety problems, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
