Metal beads and feature profiles for use with gypsum plasterboards - Definitions, requirements and test methods

This European Standard specifies the characteristics and performance of metal beads, metal beads combined with paper tape and metal feature profiles designed for use in systems made with gypsum plasterboards according to EN 520, gypsum boards with fibrous reinforcement according to EN 15283-1 and EN 15283-2 and products from secondary processing according to EN 14190, gypsum board thermal/acoustic insulation composite panels according to EN 13950 and prefabricated gypsum board panels with a cellular paperboard core according to EN 13915, intended to be used in building construction works. Metal beads and feature profiles, depending upon their material and type, can be featured without decoration, decorated or finished with jointing compounds to receive decoration.
It covers the following performance characteristics: reaction to fire and flexural strength (bending behaviour) to be measured according to the corresponding European test methods.
It provides the assessment and verification of constancy of performance of the products
This European Standard covers also additional technical characteristics that are of importance for the use and acceptance of the product by the construction industry and the reference tests for these characteristics.

Hilfs- und Zusatzprofile aus Metall zur Verwendung mit Gipsplatten - Begriffe, Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Eigenschaften und Leistung von Hilfsprofilen, mit Kartonstreifen kombinierten Hilfsprofilen sowie Zusatzprofilen aus Metall fest, die für die Verwendung in Systemen, die mit Gipsplatten nach EN 520, faserverstärkten Gipsplatten nach EN 15283-1 und EN 15283-2, Produkten aus der Weiterverarbeitung nach EN 14190, Gips-Verbundplatten zur Wärme- und Schalldämmung nach EN 13950 bzw. Gipsplatten-Wandbaufertigtafeln mit einem Kartonwabenkern nach EN 13915 hergestellt werden und für die Verwendung in Gebäuden bestimmt sind. Hilfs- und Zusatzprofile aus Metall können, abhängig von Material und Typ, sowohl mit als auch ohne Oberflächenend¬behandlung eingebaut werden oder mit Fugenspachtel-Material fertig zum Streichen oder Tapezieren eingespachtelt werden.
Sie behandelt die Leistungsmerkmale Brandverhalten und Biegezugfestigkeit (Biegever¬halten), die mit den entsprechenden europäischen Prüfverfahren zu bestimmen sind.
Sie enthält Festlegungen zur Bewertung und Überprüfung der Leistungsbeständigkeit der Produkte.
Diese Europäische Norm behandelt darüber hinaus zusätzliche technische Eigenschaften, die für die Anwendung und Akzeptanz des Produkts durch die Bauwirtschaft von Bedeutung sind, und enthält die Referenzprüfverfahren für diese Eigenschaften.

Cornières et profilés métalliques pour plaques de plâtre - Définitions, exigences et méthodes d’essai

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les caractéristiques et les performances requises pour les cornières métalliques, les cornières métalliques comportant des bandes de papier et les profilés métalliques destinés à être utilisés dans les ouvrages en plaques de plâtre selon l’EN 520, les plaques de plâtre armées de fibres selon l’EN 15283 1 et l’EN 15283 2 et les produits de transformation secondaire selon l’EN 14190, les complexes d’isolation thermique/acoustique en plaques de plâtre et isolant selon l’EN 13950 et les panneaux de cloison préfabriqués en plaques de plâtre à âme cellulaire en carton selon l’EN 13915, destinés à être utilisés dans des ouvrages de construction. Selon leur matériau de composition et leur type, les cornières et les profilés métalliques peuvent être décorés ou non décorés ou revêtus par des enduits de joint avant décoration.
Elle couvre les caractéristiques de performance suivantes : la réaction au feu et la résistance à la flexion (comportement en flexion) qui doivent être mesurées selon les méthodes d’essai européennes correspondantes.
Elle spécifie l'évaluation et la vérification de la constance des performances des produits.
Elle couvre également les caractéristiques techniques supplémentaires qui sont importantes en vue de l’utilisation et de l’acceptation du produit par l’industrie du bâtiment ainsi que les essais de référence de ces caractéristiques.

Pomožni in dodatni kovinski profili za mavčne plošče - Definicije, zahteve in preskusne metode

Ta evropski standard določa lastnosti in zmogljivost pomožnih kovinskih profilov, pomožnih kovinskih profilov, kombiniranih s papirnatimi trakovi, in dodatnih kovinskih profilov, zasnovanih za uporabo v sistemih iz mavčnih plošč v skladu s standardom EN 520, mavčnih plošč, ojačanih z vlakni, v skladu s standardoma EN 15283 1 in EN 15283 2 ter proizvodov iz sekundarne obdelave v skladu s standardom EN 14190, toplotnih/zvočnih izolacijskih kompozitnih panelov za mavčne plošče v skladu s standardom EN 13950 in predizdelanih mavčnih plošč s celičastim jedrom v skladu s standardom EN 13915, namenjenih za uporabo pri gradnji gradbenih objektov.
