Magnetic materials - Methods of measurement of the magnetic properties of electrical sheet and strip by means of a single sheet tester

This European Standard defines the general principles of measurements of the magnetic properties of electrical sheets and strips by means of a single sheet tester and gives the technical details of the measurements of specific total loss and of magnetic field strength, excitation current and specific apparent power.

Magnetische Werkstoffe - Verfahren zur Messung der magnetischen Eigenschaften von Elektroblech und -band mit Hilfe eines Tafelmessgerätes

Diese Europäische Norm legt die allgemeinen Grundlagen zur Messung der magnetischen Eigenschaften von Elektroblech und -band mit Hilfe eines Tafelmessgerätes fest und nennt die technischen Einzelheiten der Messung des Ummagnetisierungsverlustes und der magnetischen Feldstärke, der Magnetisierungsstromstärke und der spezifischen Scheinleistung.
Diese Europäische Norm ist im Bereich technischer Frequenzen auf folgende Fälle anzuwenden:
a)   kornorientiertes Elektroblech und -band zwischen 1,0 T und 1,8 T zur Messung von:
   Ummagnetisierungsverlust;
   spezifischer Scheinleistung;
   Effektivwert der magnetischen Feldstärke;
bis zu Scheitelwerten der magnetischen Feldstärke von 1 000 A/m zur Messung von:
   Scheitelwert der magnetischen Polarisation;
   Scheitelwert der magnetischen Feldstärke;
b)   nichtkornorientiertes Elektroblech und -band zwischen 0,8 T und 1,5 T zur Messung von:
   Ummagnetisierungsverlust;
   spezifischer Scheinleistung;
   Effektivwert der Magnetisierungsstromstärke;
bis zu Scheitelwerten der magnetischen Feldstärke von 10 000 A/m zur Messung von:
   Scheitelwert der magnetischen Polarisation;
   Scheitelwert der magnetischen Feldstärke.
Das Tafelmessgerät ist anwendbar bei Tafelproben, die man vom Elektroblech und -band jeder Qualität erhält. Die magnetischen Kennwerte werden unter der Bedingung einer sinusförmigen induzierten Spannung für festgelegte Spitzenwerte der magnetischen Polarisation und festgelegte Frequenz bestimmt.
Die Messungen werden bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 23 °C ± 5 °C an Proben, die vorher abmagneti¬siert wurden, durchgeführt.
ANMERKUNG   In dieser Europäischen Norm wird durchgehend die Größe "magnetische Polarisation" verwendet, wie sie in ! IEC 60050-221" festgelegt ist.

La présente norme européenne définit les principes généraux des mesures des caractéristiques magnétiques à l'aide de l'essai sur tôle unique des tôles et bandes en acier et donne les détails techniques de mesure des pertes totales spécifiques et de l'intensité du champ magnétique du courant magnétisant et de la puissance apparente spécifique.
