Textile floor coverings - Guidelines for acceptable colour deviations

This standard gives guidance in case of complaints when a colour deviation is observed after installation of a textile floor covering by the installer and/or end user.
The colour deviation can be observed within different parts of the installation or between the installed textile floor covering and the initially presented sample on which the choice for ordering was made.

Dieses Dokument gibt eine Anleitung für den Umgang mit Beanstandungen, wenn der Bodenverleger und/oder der Endverbraucher nach dem Verlegen eines textilen Bodenbelags eine Farbabweichung beobachtet.
Die Farbabweichung kann innerhalb verschiedener Teile der verlegten Bodenbelagsfläche oder zwischen dem verlegten textilen Bodenbelag und dem Muster auftreten, auf dessen Grundlage die Auswahl für die Bestellung erfolgte.

Revêtements de sol textiles - Lignes directrices pour les écarts de couleur acceptables

Le présent document fournit des recommandations concernant les réclamations formulées lorsqu'un écart de couleur est observé après la pose d'un revêtement de sol textile, par l'entreprise de pose et/ou par l'utilisateur final.
L'écart de couleur peut être observé en différentes parties du revêtement posé, ou entre le revêtement de sol textile posé et l'échantillon présenté initialement à partir duquel le choix a été fait pour effectuer la commande.

Ta standard podaja smernice v pritožbenih primerih, kadar namestitelj in/ali končni uporabnik po namestitvi tekstilnih talnih oblog opazi vidno barvno odstopanje. Barvno odstopanje je mogoče opaziti na različnih nameščenih delih med vgrajenimi tekstilnimi talnimi oblogami in začetnim vzorcem, na podlagi katerega je bilo opravljeno naročilo.

This document (EN 16641:2019) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 134 “Resilient,
textile and laminate floor coverings”, the secretariat of which is held by NBN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2020, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by April 2020.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes CEN/TS 16641:2014.
In comparison with the previous edition, a number of technical and editorial changes for clarification
were introduced in clause 6.
