Industrial valves - Measurement, test and qualification procedures for fugitive emissions - Part 2: Production acceptance test of valves (ISO 15848-2:2006)

ISO 15848-2:2006 specifies test procedures for the evaluation of external leakage of valve stems or shafts and body joints of isolating valves and control valves intended for application with volatile air pollutants and hazardous fluids. End connection joints, vacuum application, effects of corrosion and radiation are excluded. The production acceptance test is intended for standard production valves where fugitive emissions standards are specified.

Dieser Teil der ISO 15848 legt die Prüfverfahren zur Bewertung der äußeren Undichtheit von Armaturen¬schäften (oder  wellen), Gehäuseverbindungen von Absperrarmaturen und Stellgeräten zur Verwendung mit flüchtigen luftverunreinigenden Stoffen und gefährlichen Flüssigkeiten fest. Anschlussverbindungen, Anwendungen in der Vakuumtechnik, Auswirkungen von Korrosion und Bestrahlung fallen nicht in den Anwendungsbereich dieses Teils der ISO 15848.
Das fertigungsbegleitende Abnahmeprüfverfahren ist für standardge¬fertigte Armaturen bestimmt, für die Normen über flüchtige Emissionen gelten.

Robinetterie industrielle - Mesurage, essais et modes opératoires de qualification pour émissions fugitives - Partie 2: Essais de réception en production des appareils de robinetterie (ISO 15848-2:2006)

L'ISO 15848-2:2006 spécifie des modes opératoires pour l'évaluation des fuites externes des tiges (ou arbres) des appareils de robinetterie et des jonctions de corps des robinets de sectionnement et des robinets de régulation destinés à être utilisés au contact de polluants atmosphériques volatils et de fluides dangereux. Les jonctions des raccords d'extrémité, les applications sous vide ainsi que les effets de la corrosion et des rayonnements sont exclus de l'ISO 15848-2:2006. Les essais de réception en production sont prévus pour les appareils de robinetterie normalisés dont les normes d'émissions fugitives sont spécifiées.

Foreword
This document (EN ISO 15848-2:2006) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 153 "Valves" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 69 "Industrial valves", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2007, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2007.
