Das Verfahren für alle Käse und Schmelzkäseprodukte, die mehr als 0,2 % (Massenanteil) Chlorid-Ionen
enthalten, anwendbar.

L'ISO 5943|FIL 88:2006 spécifie une méthode par titrage potentiométrique pour la détermination de la teneur en chlorures des fromages et des fromages fondus.
La méthode est applicable à tous les fromages et à tous les fromages fondus contenant plus de 0,2 % (fraction massique) d'ion chlorure.

This document (EN ISO 5943:2006) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 34
"Agricultural food products" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 302 "Milk and
milk products - Methods of sampling and analysis", the secretariat of which is held by NEN.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of
an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2007, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by April 2007.

This document supersedes EN ISO 5943:2006.

According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium,
Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,
