This document provides product category rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of reinforced bitumen, plastic and rubber flexible sheets for which the intended use is roof waterproofing.
NOTE The reference product standards are EN 13707 and EN 13956.
This document is intended to be used for the development and issue of a cradle to grave and module D EPD using:
- either generic data and system generic data;
or
- specific data and system specific data.
This document includes requirements and rules to:
- define the indicators to be declared and the way in which they are collected and reported;
- describe which stages of a product’s life cycle are considered in the EPD and which processes are to be included in the life cycle stages;
- include the rules for calculating the life cycle inventory (LCI) and the life cycle impact assessment (LCIA) underlying an EPD, including the specification of the quality of the applied data;
- define generic data and system generic data which are to be used for an EPD.

Dieses Dokument stellt Produkt-Kategorie-Regeln (PCR, en: Product Category Rules) zur Bewertung der umweltbezogenen Leistung von Bitumenbahnen mit Trägereinlage sowie Kunststoff- und Elastomerbahnen bereit, deren bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung die Dachabdichtung ist.
ANMERKUNG Bei den Referenz-Produktnormen handelt es sich um EN 13707 und EN 13956.
Dieses Dokument ist für die Entwicklung und Ausstellung einer EPD „von der Wiege bis zur Bahre und Modul D“ mit folgenden Daten vorgesehen:
- entweder generischen Daten und systemgenerischen Daten;
oder
- spezifischen Daten und systemspezifischen Daten.
Dieses Dokument enthält Anforderungen und Regeln zur
- Festlegung der zu deklarierenden Indikatoren und der Art, in der sie erfasst und angegeben werden;
- Beschreibung, welche Phasen des Lebenszyklus eines Produkts in der EPD berücksichtigt werden und welche Prozesse in die Lebenszyklusphasen einzubeziehen sind;
- Einbeziehung der Regeln zur Berechnung der Sachbilanz und Wirkungsabschätzung, die einer EPD zugrunde liegen und die Spezifikation der Qualität der angewandten Daten einschließen;
- Festlegung der generischen Daten und systemgenerischen Daten, die für eine EPD zu verwenden sind.

Le présent document fournit des règles de catégories de produits (RCP) pour l’évaluation de la
performance environnementale des feuilles souples bitumineuses armées, plastiques et élastomères
destinées à être utilisées pour l’étanchéité de toiture.
NOTE Les normes de produits de référence sont l’EN 13707 et l’EN 13956.
Le présent document est destiné à servir à l’élaboration et la publication d’une DEP du berceau à la tombe
et module D en utilisant :
— soit des données génériques et des données de système génériques ;
ou
— soit des données spécifiques et des données de système spécifiques.
Ce document inclut des exigences et des règles qui :
— définissent les indicateurs à déclarer et la manière dont ils sont recueillis et consignés ;
— décrivent les étapes du cycle de vie d’un produit prises en compte dans la DEP ainsi que les processus
à inclure dans les étapes du cycle de vie ;
— intègrent les règles de calcul de l’inventaire du cycle de vie (ICV) et de l’évaluation de l’impact du
cycle de vie (EICV) servant de base à la DEP, y compris la spécification de la qualité des données
appliquées ;
— définissent les données génériques et les données de système génériques à utiliser pour une DEP.
