Anodizing of aluminium and its alloys - Measurement of reflectance characteristics of aluminium surfaces using integrating-sphere instruments (ISO 6719:2010)

ISO 6719:2010 specifies a method of measuring the total and diffuse luminous reflectance characteristics of aluminium surfaces, using integrating-sphere instruments.
The method specifed is also applicable to the measurement of specular reflectance (principal gloss value), specularity and diffuseness.
The method is unsuitable for use with lighting reflectors.

Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Reflexionsvermögens von
Aluminiumoberflächen fest, indem der gesamte und diffuse Lichtreflexionsgrad mit Ulbrichtschen Kugeln
gemessen wird.
Das beschriebene Verfahren ist ebenso zur Messung des gerichteten Reflexionsgrades (Hauptglanzwert), der
gerichteten und der diffusen Reflexion anwendbar.
Das Verfahren ist auf Reflektoren nicht anwendbar.

L'ISO 6719:2010 spécifie une méthode de mesure des caractéristiques de réflectivité lumineuse totale et diffuse des surfaces d'aluminium à l'aide d'instruments à sphère d'intégration.
La méthode décrite est également applicable au mesurage de la réflectivité spéculaire (valeur de brillance principale), de la réflectivité totale et de la réflectivité diffuse.
La méthode n'est pas utilisable pour les réflecteurs lumineux.

Anodizacija aluminija in aluminijevih zlitin - Merjenje značilnic odbojnosti aluminijevih površin z napravami z integriranimi kroglicami (ISO 6719:2010)

Ta mednarodni standard določa metodo za merjenje skupnih in difuznih značilnic svetlobne odbojnosti aluminijevih površin z napravami z integriranimi kroglicami. Opisana metoda velja tudi za merjenje odbojnosti (glavne vrednosti sijaja), odsevnosti in difuznosti. Metoda ni primerna za uporabo z reflektorji za razsvetljavo.

The text of ISO 6719:2010 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 79 “Light metals and their
alloys” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as
EN ISO 6719:2010 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 132 “Aluminium and aluminium alloys” the secretariat of
which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by April 2011.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 12373-12:2000.
