ISO 1207:2011 specifies the characteristics of slotted cheese head screws of product grade A and with threads from M1,6 to M10 inclusive.

Die vorliegende Internationale Norm legt die Eigenschaften von Zylinderschrauben mit Schlitz, Produkt-klasse A und mit Gewindegrößen von M1,6 bis einschließlich M10 fest. Werden in besonderen Fällen andere Festlegungen als die in der vorliegenden Internationalen Norm aufgeführten benötigt, so können diese den bestehenden Internationalen Normen entnommen werden, z. B. ISO 261, ISO 888, ISO 898-1, ISO 965-2, ISO 3506-1, ISO 4759-1.

Ta mednarodni standard določa značilnosti vijakov z zarezano valjasto glavo razreda izdelave A in z navoji od M1,6 do vključno M10. Če se v posebnih primerih zahtevajo specifikacije, ki so drugačne od navedenih v tem mednarodnem standardu, se lahko izberejo med obstoječimi mednarodnimi standardi, na primer ISO 261, ISO 888, ISO 898-1, ISO 965-2, ISO 3506-1 in ISO 4759-1.

This document (EN ISO 1207:2011) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 2 "Fasteners" in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 185 “Fasteners” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2012, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn
at the latest by February 2012.
