Abstract

This European Standard describes common principles for pressure testing, commissioning and decommissioning of gas infrastructures as covered by the functional European Standards of the Technical Committee CEN/TC 234, see Annex B. They have been extracted from the detailed codes of practice and operating manuals in the member countries.
This European Standard does not cover installation pipework which is covered by EN 1775.
The specified procedures are applicable to strength testing, tightness testing and combined testing. Test pressure levels, test periods and acceptance criteria are not covered by this European Standard.
Additional measures or different methods of testing, commissioning or decommissioning can be required by legislation of the individual member countries or at the discretion of the pipeline operator.

This European Standard is intended to be applied in association with these national standards and/or codes of practice setting out the above-mentioned basic principles.

Gasinfrastrukturen sind komplex und die Wichtigkeit der Sicherheit in Bezug auf ihre Konstruktion sowie ihre Anwendung hat in den Mitgliedsländern zur Entwicklung sehr detaillierter Anwendungsregeln und Betriebsvorschriften geführt. Diese detaillierten Ausführungen umfassen anerkannte Regeln der Gastechnik sowie die spezifischen Anforderungen, die von den Gesetzesstrukturen der Mitgliedsländer auferlegt werden. Für die Anwendung dieses Dokuments gelten die folgenden Begriffe. 3.1 Allgemeine Terminologie 3.1.1 Gasinfrastruktur Rohrleitungssysteme einschließlich der Leitungsanlagen und Einrichtungen für den Transport und die Verteilung von Gas SIST EN 12327:2013

Anmerkung 1 zum Begriff: Folgende Verfahren werden unterschieden:  direkte Spülung: die vollständige Verdrängung von Luft durch Gas oder umgekehrt;  indirekte Spülung: die vollständige Verdrängung von Luft durch Inertgas und daran anschließend dessen vollständige Verdrängung durch Gas oder umgekehrt. Anmerkung 2 zum Begriff: Alternativ durch eine Trennschicht (aus Inertgas oder als Molch) zwischen der Luft und dem Gas oder umgekehrt. 3.2 Druckbezogene Terminologie 3.2.1 Auslegungsdruck DP Druck, auf dem die Auslegungsberechnung beruht 3.2.2 Betriebsdruck OP Druck, der in einem System unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen auftritt 3.2.3 maximal zulässiger Betriebsdruck MOP maximaler Druck, mit dem ein System unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen ständig betrieben werden kann Anmerkung 1 zum Begriff: Normale Betriebsbedingungen sind: keine Störung von Einrichtungen oder des Gasflusses. 3.2.4 Grenzdruck im Störungsfall MIP maximaler, durch Sicherheitseinrichtungen begrenzter Druck, der in einem System kurzzeitig auftreten kann SIST EN 12327:2013

 Prüfverfahren;  Prüfdruck;  Prüfdauer;  Prüfmedium;  Akzeptanzkriterien;  zulässige Schwankungen von Druck und Volumen;  minimaler Druck in der existierenden Gasinfrastruktur;  Lecknachweismethoden;  Entleerung vom Prüfmedium;  Entsorgung von Wasser. 4.1.4 Prüfverfahren und -druck hängen jeweils von den verwendeten Werkstoffen, den Verbindungen, dem beabsichtigten Einsatzgebiet und den Vorgaben der einschlägigen Funktionsnormen für Gasinfrastrukturen ab (siehe Anhang B). 4.1.5 Die maximal zulässige Druck-/Volumenschwankung hängt von Werkstoff, Druck, Durchmesser und örtlicher Lage des Prüfabschnitts ab. 4.1.6 Die Auswirkungen von atmosphärischen Druck- und/oder Temperaturschwankungen sind gegebenenfalls zu berücksichtigen, insbesondere dann, wenn ein Teil des Prüfabschnitts nicht vollständig erdbedeckt ist. 4.1.7 Wenn Kunststoff geprüft wird, sollten Auswirkungen des Kriechverhaltens während Druckaufbringung und Prüfphase berücksichtigt werden. BEISPIEL Polyäthylen 4.1.8 Die Höhe des Drucks wird mit Hilfe von Druckmessgeräten, Mindestanforderung Genauigkeitsklasse 0,6, mit einem maximalen Messbereich vom 1,1- bis 1,5-fachen des Prüfdruckes, gemessen. Druckaufzeichnungsgeräte der Klasse 1 dürfen, sofern geeignet, verwendet werden. Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass der vollständige Prüfabschnitt unter Druck steht. Um Temperaturschwankungen, die den Prüfdruck beeinflussen, zu berücksichtigen, kann ein Temperaturmessgerät mit einer Mindestgenauigkeit von 1 °C eingesetzt werden.
