Standard SIST EN 60269-1:2007/A1:2009 (sl), Nizkonapetostne varovalke – 1. del: Splošne zahteve –
Dopolnilo A1 (IEC 60269-1:2006/A1:2009), ima status slovenskega standarda in je enakovreden
evropskemu standardu EN 60269-1:2007/A1:2009 (en), Low-voltage fuses – Part 1: General
requirements (IEC 60269-1:2006/A1:2009), 2009-07.

NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Mednarodni standard IEC 60269-1:2006/A1:2009 je pripravil pododbor Mednarodne elektrotehniške
komisije IEC/SC 32B Nizkonapetostne varovalke, potrdil pa tehnični odbor Mednarodne
elektrotehniške komisije IEC/TC 32 Varovalke. Vzporedno je standard potrdil tehnični odbor
Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo v elektrotehniki CLC/TC 32 Varovalke, katerega tajništvo je v
pristojnosti DKE.
Slovenski standard SIST EN 60269-1:2007/A1:2009 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 60269-
1:2007/A1:2009. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen
izvirni evropski standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor
SIST/TC EVA Električne varovalke.

Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je 8. avgusta 2009 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC EVA
Električne varovalke.
TERMINOLOGIJA
V terminološki bazi IEC – Elektropediji se po skupini terminoloških standardov IEC 60050 uvajata
naslednja prevoda izrazov:
angl. nominal value, fr. valeur nominale, nem. Nennwert
nazivna vrednost: primerna približna vrednost veličine za opis ali prepoznavo sestavine, naprave,
stroja ali opreme (angl. a suitable approximate quantity value used to designate or identify a
component, device or equipment)
angl. rated value, fr. valeur assignée, nem. Bemessungswert
naznačena vrednost: vrednost veličine, ki jo navede proizvajalec za določene obratovalne pogoje
sestavine, naprave ali opreme (angl. a quantity value assigned, generally by a manufacturer, for a
specified operating condition of a component, device or equipment)
ZVEZA Z NACIONALNIMI STANDARDI

S privzemom tega evropskega standarda veljajo za omejeni namen referenčnih standardov vsi

To dopolnilo spreminja evropski standard EN 60269-1:2007; CENELEC ga je sprejel 1. julija 2009.
Člani CENELEC morajo izpolnjevati notranje predpise CEN/CENELEC, s katerimi so predpisani pogoji
za privzem tega evropskega standarda na nacionalno raven brez kakršnihkoli sprememb.

Najnovejši seznami teh nacionalnih standardov z njihovimi bibliografskimi podatki se na zahtevo lahko
dobijo pri Centralnem sekretariatu ali kateremkoli članu CENELEC.

Ta evropski standard obstaja v treh uradnih izdajah (angleški, francoski in nemški). Izdaje v drugih

Predgovor k evropskemu standardu

Besedilo dokumenta 32B/534/FDIS, prihodnjega dopolnila 1 k IEC 60269-1:2006, ki ga je pripravil
pododbor SC 32B Nizkonapetostne varovalke pri tehničnem odboru IEC/TC 32 Varovalke, je
CENELEC 1. julija 2009 po vzporednem glasovanju v IEC in CENELEC sprejel kot dopolnilo A1 k EN
60269-1:2007.
Določena sta bila naslednja datuma:
– zadnji datum, do katerega mora dopolnilo dobiti status
nacionalnega dopolnila bodisi z objavo istovetnega besedila
ali z razglasitvijo (dop) 2010-04-01
– zadnji datum, ko je treba razveljaviti nacionalne standarde,
ki so z dopolnilom v nasprotju (dow) 2012-07-01
Dodatek ZA je dodal CENELEC.
Razglasitvena objava
Besedilo dopolnila 1:2009 k mednarodnemu standardu IEC 60269-1:2006 je CENELEC odobril kot
dopolnilo k evropskemu standardu brez kakršnihkoli sprememb.

Predgovor
To dopolnilo je pripravil pododbor 32B Nizkonapetostne varovalke pri tehničnem odboru IEC/TC 32
Varovalke.
Besedilo tega dopolnila je osnovano na naslednjih dokumentih:

Vse informacije o glasovanju za potrditev tega dopolnila lahko najdete v poročilu o glasovanju,
navedenem v gornji preglednici.
Tehnični odbor je sklenil, da bo vsebina tega dopolnila ostala nespremenjena do datuma, določenega
za zaključek periodičnega pregleda, ki je določen na spletni strani IEC "http://webstore.iec.ch" pri
podatkih za to publikacijo. Po tem datumu bo publikacija:
– ponovno potrjena,
– razveljavljena,
– zamenjana z novo izdajo ali
– dopolnjena.

Zamenjati drugi odstavek in opombo z naslednjim:
Oznaka se 5 s ročno briše s kosom tkanine, namočenim z vodo, in ponovno 5 s s kosom tkanine,
namočenim z alifatskim heksanskim topilom.
OPOMBA: Priporočljivo je uporabiti alifatsko heksansko topilo z največ 0,1 volumskega odstotka aromatične vsebine,
vrednostjo kauributanola približno 29, začetnim vreliščem približno 65 °C, točko suhosti pri približno 69 °C in z
gostoto približno 0,68 g/cm .
7.1.2 Povezave, vključno s priključki
Zamenjati opombo z naslednjo:
OPOMBA: Zahteve za brezvijačne priključke so podane v dodatku E.
7.2 Izolacijske lastnosti in primernost za galvansko ločitev
Zamenjati drugi stavek prvega odstavka z naslednjim:
Varovalka mora biti primerna za galvansko ločitev, ko je v normalnem odprtem položaju in taljivi
vložek ostane v notranjosti nosilca varovalke ali ko je taljivi vložek, in ko je to primerno, nosilec
varovalke odstranjen.
7.4 Delovanje
V prvi alineji drugega in tretjega odstavka zamenjati (dvakrat) "se njegov taljivi element ne stali" s
“taljivi vložek ne deluje".

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN 60269-1:2007; it was approved by CENELEC on
2009-07-01. CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which
stipulate the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.

Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on
application to the Central Secretariat or to any CENELEC member.

This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language
made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to the
Central Secretariat has the same status as the official versions.

Particular requirements for fuse-bases with screwless-type
terminals for external copper conductors
E.1 Scope
This annex applies to fuse-bases that fall within the scope of Subclause 1.1, feature
screwless-type terminals supporting a maximum current of 63 A, and are primarily intended
for the purpose of connecting unprepared copper conductors (see E.2.6) with a cross-section
of up to 16 mm .
For the purpose of this annex, screwless-type terminals shall be referred to as terminals and
copper conductors as conductors.
E.2 Terms and definitions
In addition to Clause 2, the following definitions apply:
E.2.1
clamping unit
part(s) of the terminal necessary for mechanical clamping and electrical connection of the
conductors including the part(s) which are necessary to ensure correct contact pressure
E.2.2
screwless-type terminal
terminal for the connecting and subsequent disconnection of one conductor per clamping unit
obtained directly or indirectly by means of springs, wedges or the like

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN 60269-1:2007; it was approved by CENELEC on
2009-07-01. CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which
stipulate the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.

Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on
application to the Central Secretariat or to any CENELEC member.

This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language
made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to the
Central Secretariat has the same status as the official versions.

Low-voltage fuses, of IEC TC 32, Fuses, was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and was
approved by CENELEC as amendment A1 to EN 60269-1:2007 on 2009-07-01.
The following dates were fixed:

an identical national standard or by endorsement (dop) 2010-04-01
– latest date by which the national standards conflicting
