Prizemni snopovni radio (TETRA) - Govor in podatki (V+D) - 3. del: Medsebojno delovanje na medsistemskem vmesniku (ISI) - 5. poddel: Dodatna omrežna funkcija: upravljanje mobilnosti (ANF-ISIMM)
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – splošni opis medsistemskega vmesnika (ANF-ISIGD);
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – posamezni klic medsistemskega vmesnika (ANF-ISIIC);
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – skupinski klic medsistemskega vmesnika (ANF-ISIGC);
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – storitev kratkih podatkov medsistemskega vmesnika (ANF-ISISDS);
• dodatna omrežna funkcija – upravljanje mobilnosti medsistemskega vmesnika (ANF-ISIMM).
OPOMBA: ti standardi EN so sestavljeni skladno s priporočilom ITU-T I.130 [8].
Ta dokument vsebuje del ANF-ISIMM. Del ANF-ISIMM opredeljuje dodatne storitve upravljanja mobilnosti (MM) komutacijskih in upravnih infrastruktur. Storitve ANF-ISIMM, če so podprte, dopolnjujejo storitve preverjanja pristnosti in upravljanja ključev med komutacijsko in upravno infrastrukturo in storitvami upravljanja mobilnosti. V podporo slednjih ANF-ISIMM omogoča uporabo teh storitev med komutacijskimi in upravnimi infrastrukturami prek medsistemskega vmesnika. ANF-ISIMM ponuja naslednje storitve:
• migracijo in omejeno migracijo;
• posodobitev profila posameznih naročnikov in skupin;
• posodobitev profila;
• izbris registracije;
• združevanje/delitev skupin;
• okrevanje po napaki zbirke podatkov posameznih naročnikov in skupin;
• enosmerno ali obojestransko preverjanje pristnosti med posameznim naročnikom in domačo komutacijsko ali upravno infrastrukturo;
General Information
Overview
ETSI EN 300 392-3-5 V1.5.1 (2016-06) defines the additional mobility management functions for interworking between TETRA Voice plus Data (V+D) systems at the Inter‑System Interface (ISI). Known as ANF‑ISIMM, this sub‑part specifies how SwMI mobility management (SwMI‑MM) entities invoke and operate mobility, authentication and key‑management related services across interconnected TETRA systems to support roaming, secure operation and database synchronization.
The document is aligned with ETSI EN 300 392‑3‑5 V1.5.1 (2016) and produced in analogy with ITU‑T Recommendation I.130.
Key topics and requirements
- Scope and applicability: Mobility management for interworking across SwMIs (system management interfaces) in TETRA V+D networks.
- ANF‑ISIMM service set - the standard defines stage‑1 service descriptions for:
- Migration and restricted migration (including migration profile exchange and approval procedures)
- Profile update (individual and group profile updates)
- De‑registration
- Group attachment / detachment
- Individual subscriber and group database fault recovery
- Authentication (one‑directional or mutual between subscriber and home SwMI)
- Over‑The‑Air‑Re‑keying (OTAR) for Static Cipher Key (SCK) generation and delivery
- Linking/unlinking of groups (stage‑1 only)
- Interworking behavior: Describes invocation criteria, normal and exceptional procedures, interactions with authentication services and group management.
- Testability, activation/withdrawal and charging considerations are covered at the service model level.
- Security: Supports OTAR and authentication exchanges to maintain secure inter‑SwMI mobility.
Practical applications
- Enables interoperability and roaming between different TETRA operator domains (SwMIs) while preserving service continuity.
- Supports public safety, transport and utilities agencies that require multi‑operator coverage and secure handover of subscriber credentials and profiles.
- Facilitates fault recovery and database synchronization for subscriber and group records across networks.
- Enables secure key distribution (SCK) over ISI using OTAR for end‑to‑end confidentiality and integrity during interworking.
- Useful for network design, implementation, conformance testing and cross‑vendor interoperability validation.
Who should use this standard
- TETRA system vendors and equipment manufacturers
- Network planners and system integrators implementing multi‑system interworking
- Public safety and mission‑critical communications architects
- Test laboratories and certification bodies validating ISI mobility features
- Regulators and program managers specifying interoperability and security requirements
