Ta dokument določa opis dopolnilnih storitev stopnje 3, tj. brezpogojna predaja klica (CFU), predaja klica v primeru zasedenosti (CFB), predaja klica, ko ni odgovora (CFNRy), in predaja klica, ko ni dosegljivosti (CFNRc), za prizemni snopovni radio (TETRA).
Storitve CFU, CFB, CFNRy in CFNRc so dopolnilne storitve, ki uporabniku, kateremu se zagotovi storitev, omogočajo, da omrežje TETRA pošlje vse ali posamezne dohodne klice, naslovljene na številko TETRA tega uporabnika, na drugo številko.
Vmesnik človek-stroj in načela zaračunavanja ne spadajo v področje uporabe tega dokumenta.
Ta dokument se uporablja za posamezne ali skupinske govorne in podatkovne klice; nekateri deli tega dokumenta se uporabljajo za storitev kratkih podatkov (SDS); natančneje, uporabljajo se za naslednje subjekte:
– mobilne postaje kličočega ali klicanega uporabnika med posameznim ali skupinskim klicem;
– nosilna komutacijska in upravna infrastruktura pri posameznem ali skupinskem klicu;
– komutacijska in upravna infrastruktura za nadziranje skupine pri skupinskem klicu;
– zaključna komutacijska in upravna infrastruktura pri posameznem klicu;
– medsebojno delujoča komutacijska in upravna infrastruktura pri posameznem klicu.
Ta dokument temelji na najnovejši različici ECMA-174 [i.1]. Ta dokument v nasprotju z ECMA-174 [i.1] ne določa dopolnilne storitve predaje klica, pri čemer razlikuje med primerom, ko ni odgovora, in primerom, ko ni dosegljivosti. Poleg tega ta dokument določa protokol v primerih skupinskih klicev in mobilnosti, ki niso zajeti v ECMA-174 [i.1].
Ta dokument določa tudi dodatne zahteve v zvezi s protokolom signalizacije za podporo medsebojnih vplivov v referenčni točki ISI, drugih dodatnih storitev in ANF. Ta dokument se uporablja za komutacijske in upravne infrastrukture, ki se lahko medsebojno povezujejo in oblikujejo omrežje TETRA.
