Inteligentni transportni sistemi (ITS) - Radiokomunikacijska oprema, ki deluje v frekvenčnem pasu od 5855 MHz do 5925 MHz - Harmonizirani standard, ki zajema bistvene zahteve člena 3.2 direktive 2014/53/EU
Ta dokument določa tehnične karakteristike in merilne metode za radijske oddajnike in sprejemnike, ki delujejo v frekvenčnem območju od 5855 MHz do 5925 MHz. Pogoji uporabe spektra so določeni v odločbi ECC (08)01 [i.1] za frekvenčno območje od 5875 MHz do 5925 MHz (pri čemer se 5905 MHz do 5925 MHz obravnava kot prihodnja razširitev ITS) in priporočilu ECC (08)01 [i.2] za frekvenčno območje od 5855 MHz do 5875 MHz. Odločba Komisije 2008/671/ES [i.3] predpisuje usklajeno uporabo frekvenčnega pasu od 5875 MHz do 5905 MHz, namenjenega za z varnostjo povezane vrste uporabe ITS v državah članicah Evropske unije. V preglednici 1 je prikazana segmentacija frekvenčnega pasu 5 GHz ITS.
