Replace "specification" by "specifications" in line 1 and add a new item in the list of references:

After this subclause insert a new subclause as follows:
"2.5 Network Addresses

Subclause 10.3.8
In the second paragraph, replace:
" for forwarding by the recipient named on the outer envelope to the recipient named on the Inner Envelope."
with.
'I. When delivered to the recipient named on the outer envelope, the outer envelope is removed and the content is deciphered,
if needed, resulting in an Inner Envelope and its content. The information contained in the Inner Envelope is used to transfer
the content of the Inner Envelope to the recipients named on the Inner Envelope."
After this subclause insert a new subclause as follows:
"10.3.9 Encoding for Encryption and Hashing
Each MTS parameter king passed to encryption or hashing algorithms shall be encoded using ASN.l encoding rules
specified for the purpose of that encryption or hashing.
NOTW
1 - It cannot be assumed that the encoding of MTS parameters used in the Submission, Transfer or Delivery steps will use the encoding rules
specified in the algorithm identifier.
2 - In the case of the content, it is only the encoding of the content octets into the Octet String to which the encoding rules specified in the
algorithm identifier should be applied, not the encoding of the content protocol (which remains unaltered)."
