Animal and vegetable fats and oils — Sampling

This International Standard describes methods of sampling crude or processed animal and vegetable fats and oils (referred to as fats hereafter), whatever the origin and whether liquid or solid. It also describes the apparatus used for this process. NOTE Methods of sampling milk and milk products, including milk fats, are specified in ISO 707.

La présente Norme internationale décrit des méthodes d'échantillonnage des corps gras bruts ou transformés d'origines animale et végétale (désignés ci-après «corps gras»), quelle que soit leur origine et qu'ils soient liquides ou solides. Elle décrit également l'appareillage utilisé dans ce but. NOTE Les méthodes d'échantillonnage du lait et des produits laitiers, incluant les matières grasses du lait, sont spécifiées dans l'ISO 707.
