The IS0 Recommendation R 1330, Plastics pipes for the trunsport of fluids - Unplusticized polyvinyl
chloride (PVC) pipes - Tolerances on outside diameters, was drawn up by Technical Committee ISO/TC 5,
Pipes und fittings, the Secretariat of which is held by the Association Suisse de Normalisation (SNV).
Work on this question led to the adoption of Draft IS0 Recommendation No. 1330, which was circulated
to ail the IS0 Member Bodies for enquiry in November 1967. It was approved, subject to a few modifications of
an editorial nature, by the following Member Bodies :

HISTORIQUE
La Recommandation ISO/R 1330, .Tubes en matières plastiques pour le transport des fluides - Tubes en
polychlorure de vinyle (PVC) non plastifié - Tolérances sur les diamètres extérieurs, a été élaborée par le Comité
Technique ISO/TC 5, Tuyauteries et raccords, dont le Secrétariat est assuré par l’Association Suisse de Normali-
sation (SNV).
Les travaux relatifs à cette question aboutirent à l’adoption du Projet de Recommandation IS0 No 1330
qui fut soumis, en novembre 1967, à l’enquête de tous les Comités Membres de VISO. I1 fut approuvé, sous réserve
de quelques modifications d’ordre rédactionnel, par les Comités Membres suivants :
