ISO 1711-1:2007 specifies minimum values for Rockwell hardness and torsional strength for hand-operated wrenches and sockets. It covers three series of torsion torques: Series A: usual box wrenches and socket wrenches; Series C: open end wrenches; Series E: hand-operated square drive sockets.

Предисловие
Международная организация по стандартизации (ISO) является всемирной федерацией национальных
организаций по стандартизации (комитетов-членов ISO). Разработка международных стандартов
обычно осуществляется техническими комитетами ISO. Каждый комитет-член, заинтересованный в
деятельности, для которой был создан технический комитет, имеет право быть представленным в этом
комитете. Международные правительственные и неправительственные организации, имеющие связи с

1 Область применения
Настоящая часть стандарта ISO 1711 устанавливает минимальные значения твердости по Роквеллу и
прочности на кручение для ручных гаечных ключей и переходных патронов.
Стандарт распространяется на следующие три серии крутящих моментов.

3 Крутящие моменты при испытании
Полученные по эмпирическим формулам минимальные крутящие моменты при испытании, M,
выраженные в ньютон метрах, в зависимости от размера гайки под ключ, s, выраженном в
миллиметрах, приведены в качестве информации в Таблице 1.

Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies
(ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO
technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been
established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and
non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the
International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization.
International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2.
The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards. Draft International Standards
adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an
International Standard requires approval by at least 75 % of the member bodies casting a vote.

3 Test torsion torques
The empiric formulae giving minimum test torsion torques, M, in newton metres, as a function of width across
flats, s, in millimetres, are given for information in Table 1.
The minimum test torsion torques to be applied are given in Table 3.

des surplats, s, en millimètres, sont données à titre indicatif, dans le Tableau 1.
