Footwear - Test method for the determination of the resistance of elastic materials for footwear to repeated extension - Fatigue resistance (ISO 10768:2010)

This International Standard specifies a test method for the determination of the resistance of elastic materials for footwear, to repeated extension produced during normal walking. The test can be carried out before and after accelerated ageing. This method is applicable to any elastic material used for footwear.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Beständigkeit von elastischen Materi¬alien für Schuhe gegen wiederholte Dehnung fest, die durch normales Gehen erzeugt wird. Diese Prüfung kann vor und nach beschleunigter Alterung durchgeführt werden. Dieses Verfahren gilt für sämtliche Arten von elastischen Materialien, die in Schuhen verwendet werden.

L'ISO 10768:2010 spécifie une méthode d'essai pour la détermination de la résistance des matériaux élastiques des chaussures aux extensions répétées qui se produisent durant la marche normale. L'essai peut être réalisé avant et après un vieillissement accéléré. Cette méthode s'applique à tout matériau élastique utilisé pour des chaussures.

Preskus je mogoče opraviti pred in po pospešenem staranju. Ta metoda se lahko uporablja za vsak elastični material, ki se uporablja za obutev.

This document (EN ISO 10768:2010) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 309 “Footwear”,
the secretariat of which is held by AENOR, in collaboration with Technical Committee ISO/TC 216 "Footwear".
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by January 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by January 2011.

Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies
(ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO
technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been
established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and
