Heat cost allocators for the determination of the consumption of room heating radiators - Appliances with electrical energy supply

Heat cost allocators in accordance with this standard are instruments for the registration of the thermal output of radiators in consumer units. Consumer units are dwellings, office buildings, business premises, industrial plants in which the heat is supplied by a common central heating system or by a common district heating connection. A complete grouping of consumer units is called an account unit.

Heizkostenverteiler nach dieser Norm sind Instrumente zur Erfassung der Wärmeabgabe von Heizkörpern in Nutzeinheiten. Unter Nutzeinheiten sind Wohnungs-, Büro-, Geschäfts-, Gewerbe- oder Industrieräumlichkeiten zu verstehen, deren Wärmeversorgung durch eine gemeinsame Zentalheizungsanlage oder über einen gemeinsamen Fernwärmeanschluß erfolgt. Die Gesamtheit der Nutzeinheiten bildet eine Abrechnungseinheit.

On entend par unités d'utilisation des locaux d'habitation, des locaux commerciaux, professionnels ou industriels et des bureaux, dont l'approvisionnement en chaleur se fait au moyen d'une installation de chauffage central ou par le truchement d'un raccordement commun a un systeme de chauffage urbain. L'ensemble des unités d'utilisation constitue une unité de calcul des frais.
