Reference document: ITU-T Recommendation I.365.3. The purpose of this standard is to endorse the Reference document as a part of the ETSI production. Development of an EN for the SSCF required on top of the protocol specified in Q.2110 (SSCOP) to provide the layer service specified in X.213 (CONS) on the basis of the corresponding results in ITU-T SG13 Q6.
