SCOPE
1.1 This specification covers titanium and titanium alloys in the form of processed scrap, designated as shown in Table 1, for use in the manufacture of steel.  
1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard. The metric equivalents of inch-pound units may be approximate.
