Dieses Dokument bestimmt die Fähigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten, die für die Qualifizierung der AM-Bediener auf dem Gebiet der Additiven Fertigungstechnologien erforderlich sind, die sich mit der Herstellung von Metallteilen befassen, insbesondere für den Einsatz von Materialauftrag mit gerichteter Energieeinbringung mittels Lichtbogen mit Metallen (DED-Arc/M).
Dieses Dokument bestimmt Kriterien für die theoretische und praktische Beurteilung von Personal, das DED-Arc/M-Maschinen bedient. Die für den DED-Arc/M-Bediener vorgesehenen Tätigkeiten und Verfahren sind ebenfalls Bestandteil dieses Dokuments.
Dieses Dokument ist als Gliederung für die Qualifizierung von AM-Maschinenbedienern in allgemeinen industriellen Anwendungen konzipiert.
