Machines for mechanical processing of minerals and similar solid materials - Safety - Part 6: Specific requirements for mobile machinery
This document, together with EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023, specifies safety requirements and verification for the design and construction of mobile machinery for crushing, screening, feeding, conveying minerals (cement, lime, gypsum. sand, gravel, industrial minerals, metalliferous ore, hard and soft rock aggregates, coal) and by-products (slag and ashes, production and demolition waste) in construction and industry.
In addition, this document specifies the type of information on safe working practices (including residual risks) to be provided by the manufacturer.
The requirements of this document are complementary to the common requirements formulated in EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-2:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-3:2020+prA1:2023,
EN 1009-4:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-5:2020+prA1:2023. This part does not repeat the requirements from EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023, but adds or replaces them.
When requirements of this document are different from those which are stated in
EN 1009-1:2020+A1:2023, EN 1009-2:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-3:2020+prA1:2023,
EN 1009-4:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-5:2020+prA1:2023 the requirements of this document takes precedence over the requirements of EN 1009-1:2020 for machines that have been designed and built according to the provisions of this document.
This document, together with EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-2:2020+prA1:2023,
EN 1009-3:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-4:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-5:2020+prA1:2023 deals with all the identified significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to mobile machinery for cleaning, recycling, mud treatment when they are used as intended and under the conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer associated with the whole lifetime of the machine (see Annex A).
This document does not apply to machines with a seated or standing operator while driving.
This document does not cover:
- design relating to road traffic regulations (e.g. lighting, dimensions, speed limit plate);
- hazards arising from the use of the machines in potentially explosive atmospheres as well as from processing of explosive materials and risks related to electromagnetic compatibility;
- hazards arising from the use of the laser sensors.
NOTE For travelling on public roads, national traffic regulations apply (e.g. braking, steering, lighting, towing, etc.) until harmonized requirements are available.
This document does not apply to mobile machines, which are manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN.

Dieses Dokument legt zusammen mit EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023 Sicherheitsanforderungen und Nachweise für die Konstruktion und den Bau von mobilen Maschinen zum Brechen, Sieben, Aufgeben, Befördern von Mineralien (Zement, Kalk, Gips, Sand, Kies, Industriemineralien, metallhaltige Erze und harte und weiche Gesteins-Zuschlagstoffe, Kohle) und Nebenprodukten (Schlacke und Asche, Produktions- und Abbruchabfälle) in Bau und Industrie fest.
Darüber hinaus legt dieses Dokument die Art der Informationen über sichere Arbeitsverfahren (einschließlich Restrisiken) fest, die vom Hersteller zur Verfügung zu stellen sind.
Die Anforderungen dieses Dokuments ergänzen die in EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-2:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-3:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-4:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-5:2020+prA1:2023 formulierten gemeinsamen Anforderungen. In diesem Teil werden die Anforderungen aus EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023 nicht wiederholt, sondern ergänzt oder ersetzt.
Wenn Anforderungen dieses Dokuments von denen abweichen, die in EN 1009-1:2020+A1:2023, EN 1009-2:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-3:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-4:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-5:2020+prA1:2023 angegeben sind, haben die Anforderungen dieses Dokuments Vorrang vor den Anforderungen von EN 1009 1:2020 für Maschinen, die nach den Bestimmungen dieses Dokuments konstruiert und gebaut wurden.
Dieses Dokument behandelt zusammen mit EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-2:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-3:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-4:2020+prA1:2023, EN 1009-5:2020+prA1:2023 alle ermittelten signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefährdungsereignisse, die für mobile Maschinen zur Reinigung, zum Recycling und zur Schlammverarbeitung zutreffen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß unter Bedingungen, die vom Hersteller als Fehlanwendung vernünftigerweise vorhersehbar sind, während der gesamten Lebensdauer der Maschine verwendet werden (siehe Anhang A).
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Maschinen mit einem sitzenden oder stehenden Bediener während der Fahrt.
Dieses Dokument behandelt nicht:
- Gestaltung in Verbindung mit der Straßenverkehrsordnung (z. B. Beleuchtung, Maße, Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungsschild);
- Gefährdungen, die aus dem Einsatz der Maschinen in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen sowie der Aufbereitung explosiver Materialien entstehen, und Risiken in Bezug auf elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit;
- Gefährdungen, die sich aus dem Einsatz der Lasersensoren ergeben.
ANMERKUNG Bei Fahrten auf öffentlichen Straßen gelten die nationalen Verkehrsvorschriften (z. B. Bremsen, Lenken, Beleuchtung, Abschleppen usw.), bis harmonisierte Anforderungen vorliegen.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für mobile Maschinen, die vor dem Datum der Veröffentlichung dieses Dokuments durch CEN hergestellt worden sind.

Le présent document, utilisé conjointement avec l’EN 1009-1:2020+prA1:2023, spécifie les prescriptions de sécurité et leur vérification pour la conception et la construction des unités mobiles pour le concassage, le criblage, l’alimentation, le convoyage des minéraux (ciment, chaux, plâtre, sable, gravier, minéraux industriels, minerais métallifères, granulats de roche dure et tendre, charbon) et des sous-produits (mâchefer et cendres, déchets de production et de démolition) en construction et dans l’industrie.
En outre, le présent document spécifie le type d’informations que le fabricant doit fournir sur les pratiques d’utilisation sûre (incluant les risques résiduels).
