Plastics piping systems with structured wall pipes for soil and waste discharge (low and high temperature) inside buildings - Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) - Part 2: Guidance for the assessment of conformity

This Technical Specification gives guidance for the assessment of conformity of formulations, products and assemblies in accordance with EN 1453 1 intended to be included in the manufacturer’s quality plan as part of the quality management system and for the establishment of certification procedures.
It is recommended that the quality management system conforms to or is no less stringent than the relevant requirements to EN ISO 9001 [1].
If certification is involved, it is recommended that the certification body is preferably compliant with EN ISO/IEC 17065 [5] or EN ISO/IEC 17021 [3], as applicable.
In order to help the reader, a basic test matrix is given in Annex A, Table A.1.
In conjunction with EN 1453 1, this document is applicable to piping systems made of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) intended to be used for the following purposes:
-   for soil and waste discharge systems (low and high temperature) inside buildings (application area code "B");
This is reflected in the marking of products by "B".

Diese Technische Spezifikation gibt Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität von Formmassen, Erzeugnissen und Bauteilkombinationen, die, in Übereinstimmung mit FprEN 1453-1:2016, für eine Einbeziehung in den Qualitätssicherungsplan des Herstellers als Teil des Qualitätsmanagementsystems und für die Erstellung von Zertifizierungsverfahren vorgesehen sind.
Es wird empfohlen, dass das Qualitätsmanagementsystem den zutreffenden Anforderungen nach EN ISO 9001 [1] oder mindestens ebenso strengen Anforderungen entspricht.
Falls Zertifizierung einbezogen ist, wird empfohlen, dass die Zertifizierungsstelle vorzugsweise EN ISO/IEC 17065 [5] oder EN ISO/IEC 17021 [3], wie zutreffend, entspricht.
Zur Unterstützung des Lesers enthält Anhang A, Tabelle A.1, einen Überblick über das Prüfsystem.
Dieses Dokument gilt in Verbindung mit FprEN 1453-1:2016 für Rohrleitungssysteme aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-U), die für folgende Verwendungszwecke vorgesehen sind:
-   für Systeme zum Ableiten von Abwasser (niedriger und hoher Temperatur) innerhalb von Gebäuden (Anwendungskennzeichen "B")
Dies wird durch die Kennzeichnung auf dem Erzeugnis durch "B" angezeigt.

Ta tehnična specifikacija podaja navodila za ugotavljanje skladnosti formulacij, izdelkov in sestavov v skladu s standardom FprEN 1453 1:2016, pri čemer naj bi se te informacije vključile v poslovnik kakovosti proizvajalca kot del sistema vodenja kakovosti in za vzpostavitev postopka certificiranja.
Priporoča se, da je sistem vodenja kakovosti skladen s standardom EN ISO 9001 [1] oziroma da ni manj strog od ustreznih zahtev iz tega standarda.
Pri certificiranju se priporoča, da je certifikacijski organ akreditiran v skladu s standardom EN ISO/IEC 17065 [5] ali EN ISO/IEC 17021 [3].
V pomoč bralcem preglednica A.1 dodatka A vsebuje osnovno preskusno matriko.
Ta dokument se v povezavi s standardom FprEN 1453 1:2016 uporablja za cevne sisteme iz nemehčanega polivinilklorida (PVC-U), ki naj bi se uporabljali za:
– (nizko- in visokotemperaturne) odvodne sisteme v stavbah (koda območja uporabe »B«).

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 30 November 2016 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
