This Part of EN (155wi014) specifies procedures and requirements for the assessment of conformity to be included in the manufacturer's quality plan as part of the quality system for third party certification of conformity by a certification body accredited to EN 45011 or EN 45012, as applicable, and includes the following: a) Requirements for materials, components, joints and assemblies given in EN 12200-1; b) Requirements for the manufacturer's quality system given in EN 29001 or EN 29002, as applicable.

Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme für außen liegende Regenfallleitungen - Weichmacherfreies Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-U) - Teil 2: Empfehlung für die Beurteilung der Konformität

Dieser Teil der EN 12200 gibt Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität, die als Teil des Qualitätssicherungssystems im Qualitätssicherungsplan des Herstellers enthalten sein müssen.
Diese Technische Spezifikation enthält:
a)   Anforderungen an Werkstoffe, Rohrleitungsteile, Verbindungen und Bauteilkombinationen, die in EN 12200 1:2000 festgelegt sind;
b)   Anforderungen an das Qualitätssicherungssystem des Herstellers;
ANMERKUNG 1   Das Qualitätssicherungssystem sollte EN ISO 9001:2000[1] entsprechen.
c)   Definitionen und Verfahren, die anzuwenden sind, wenn eine Fremdüberwachung enthalten ist.
ANMERKUNG 2   Ist eine Fremdüberwachung enthalten, wird empfohlen, diese durch eine in Abhängigkeit der Anwendung nach EN 45011[2] oder EN 45012[3] zugelassene Zertifizierungsstelle durchführen zu lassen.
Dieser Teil der EN 12200 gilt für Rohrleitungssysteme aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC U), die in außen liegenden Regenfallleitungen eingesetzt werden.

La présente partie de l'EN 12200 donne un guide pour l'évaluation de la conformité à inclure dans le plan qualité du fabricant en tant que partie du système qualité.
La présente Spécification Technique comprend :
a) les exigences pour les matières, les composants, les joints et les assemblages indiqués dans l'EN 12200-1:2000 ;
b) les exigences relatives au système qualité du fabricant ;
NOTE 1   Il est recommandé que le système de qualité soit conforme à l'EN ISO 9001:2000 [1].
c) les définitions et les procédures à appliquer si une certification par tierce partie est prise en compte.
NOTE 2   Si une certification par une tierce partie est prise en compte, il est recommandé que l'organisme de certification soit accrédité au sens de l'EN 45011[2] ou de l'EN 45012[3], selon le cas.
Cette partie de l'EN 12200 s'applique aux systèmes de canalisations de descente d'eaux pluviales en poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC-U) à usage externe en aérien.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 25 November 2002 for provisional application.
The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to submit their
comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.
CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available. It
is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible
conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.

NOTE 5    If non-plastic components are part of the plastic system the manufacturer's instructions should be taken into account.
Requirements and instructions concerning commissioning of systems can be found in EN 805 and EN 1610 and the relevant national and/or local regulations. This document gives specific additional recommendations for commissioning relevant for plastic piping systems.
Attention is drawn to any relevant local and/or national regulations (e.g. health, safety and hygienic requirements).

This part of EN 1453 specifies the requirements for structured-wall unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC U) pipes and the system intended to be used for soil and waste discharge applications (low and high temperature) inside buildings (application area code "B")
NOTE 1   The intended use is reflected in the marking of products by "B".
This part of EN 1453 is also applicable to structured-wall unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC U) pipes, and the system intended for the following purposes:
   ventilating part of the pipework in association with discharge applications;
   rainwater pipework inside building.
It also specifies the test parameters for the test methods referred to in this standard.
NOTE 2   Single layer  foamed PVC U pipes and spirally-formed PVC U pipes are not covered by this standard.
This standard covers a range of nominal sizes and gives recommendations concerning colours.
NOTE 3   It is the responsibility of the purchaser or specifier to make the appropriate selections from these aspects, taking into account their particular requirements and any relevant national regulations and installation practices or codes.
For external above ground application additional requirements depending on the climatic conditions should be agreed between the manufacturer and the user.
NOTE 4   Pipes conforming to this standard are normally associated with fittings conforming to EN 1329 1. Pipes, fittings and components conforming to any of the product standards listed in Annex C can also be used with pipes conforming to this standard, provided they conform to the requirements for joint dimensions given in Clause 6 and to the requirements in Table 11.
NOTE 5   Joints and adhesives are considered to be part of the system as covered in the scope.
NOTE 6   Products conforming to this standard may be submitted to national requirements on fire regulation.

This European Standard specifies the requirements for pipes, fittings, brackets and the system of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) intended for use as above-ground external rainwater piping systems.
It also specifies:
a)   The requirements for metallic brackets.
b)   Both solid wall pipes and fittings, (i.e. product manufactured from a single layer), as well as solid wall multi-layer pipes.
c)   The test parameters for the test methods referred to in this standard.
Pipes can be used in conjunction with fittings and brackets of acrylic materials provided these polymers meet the performance requirements of this standard.
The products are usually used in conjunction with gutters conforming to EN 607 [1]. They are not intended for use with products conforming to EN 612 [2].
This standard is applicable to PVC-U rainwater systems of circular, square, rectangular or any other shape with sealed (rubber ring or solvent cement) or unsealed joints.
This standard covers a range of pipes and fittings sizes.
NOTE 1    It is the responsibility of the purchaser or specifier to make the appropriate selections from the size range to take into account their particular requirements and any relevant national regulations and installation practices or codes.
NOTE 2   The term "rainwater" in this standard is used also to encompass "surface water" (as defined in EN 752 [6]) run-off from buildings.

b) Betriebstemperatur von 20 °C als Bezugstemperatur;

d) Entwässerung ins Meer (Siele);
e) in Gewässern verlegt;
f) oberirdisch verlegt, einschließlich Düker und Brückenleitungen.
ANMERKUNG 2 Zu Anwendungen bei konstanter Betriebstemperatur oberhalb 20 °C bis 40 °C siehe EN 12201-1:2011, Anhang A.
