Plastics - Sorted plastics wastes - Part 1: General Characterisation
This document provides a scheme for the characterisation of sorted plastics wastes, laying out those properties for which the supplying party of the waste makes information available to the receiving party. This document provides for a division of information between "Required Data", where a statement is required and additional "Optional Data” as agreed between the supplying and receiving party.
This document is the general part of a series on sorted plastics wastes. This document does not cover the description of quality grades per polymer(s) and stream as well as test methods specific to each plastic waste stream, these aspects are addressed in the other parts of EN 15347. This document is applicable without prejudice to any existing legislation

Dieses Dokument liefert ein Schema für die Charakterisierung von sortierten Kunststoffabfällen, wonach jene Eigenschaften umrissen werden, für die der Lieferant des Abfalls dem Käufer Informationen zugänglich machen und, falls anwendbar, angemessene Prüfverfahren angeben muss. Das Schema beinhaltet die Unterscheidung von Informationen in "geforderte Eigenschaften", deren Angabe erforderlich ist, und "optionale Eigenschaften", die der Lieferant auf Grundlage der vertraglichen Vereinbarungen angeben sollte.
Dieses Dokument beeinträchtigt bei seiner Anwendung keinerlei geltende Vorschriften.
ANMERKUNG Dieses Dokument befasst sich nicht mit der Charakterisierung von Kunststoff-Rezyklaten.

Le présent document donne un cadre relatif la caractérisation des déchets de plastiques triés, présentant des propriétés pour lesquelles le fournisseur de ces déchets doit mettre des informations à la disposition de l’acheteur, et le cas échéant, des méthodes d’essai appropriées. Le cadre scinde les informations en « Caractéristiques requises », pour lesquelles une déclaration est demandée, et en « Caractéristiques optionnelles » supplémentaires qu’il est recommandé au fournisseur de fournir sur la base des accords contractuels.
Le présent document est applicable sans préjudice de toute réglementation existante.
NOTE Le présent document ne couvre pas la caractérisation des recyclats de plastiques.
