Glass in building - Basic alumino silicate glass products - Part 1: Definitions and general physical and mechanical properties

This Part of this European Standard specifies and classifies basic alumino silicate glass products, indicates their chemical composition, their main physical and mechanical characteristics, their dimensional and their minimum quality requirements (in respect of optical and visual faults).
This European Standard applies to basic alumino silicate glasses supplied in stock sizes, supplied sizes or in cut sizes for final end use.
This European Standard does not apply to final cut sizes having a dimension less than 100 mm or a surface area less than 0,05 m2.

Dieser Teil der Europäischen Norm legt Basiserzeugnisse aus Alumo-Silicatglas fest, klassifiziert sie und gibt deren chemische Zusammensetzung, deren wichtigste physikalischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften sowie deren Maße und Mindestanforderungen an die Qualität (in Hinsicht auf optische und sichtbare Fehler) an.
Die vorliegende Europäische Norm gilt für Basiserzeugnisse aus Alumo-Silicatglas in Standardabmessungen, Liefermaßen oder in Festmaßen für die Endanwendung.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Festmaße mit einem Maß kleiner als 100 mm oder mit einer Oberfläche von weniger als 0,05 m2.

La présente partie de cette Norme européenne spécifie et classe les produits verriers aluminosilicate de base et indique leur composition chimique, leurs principales caractéristiques physiques et mécaniques, ainsi que les exigences dimensionnelles et les exigences de qualité minimales (au regard des défauts optiques et visuels) qui s’y appliquent.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux verres aluminosilicates de base fournis aux mesures de stockage, aux mesures livrées ou aux mesures découpées pour l’utilisation finale.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas aux mesures découpées finales inférieures à 100 mm, ni aux superficies inférieures à 0,05 m2.

Ta del tega evropskega standarda določa in razvršča osnovne proizvode iz aluminij-silikatnega stekla, navaja njihovo kemično sestavo, njihove glavne fizikalne in mehanske lastnosti ter določa zahteve glede njihovih mer in minimalne kakovosti (v zvezi z optičnimi in vizualnimi napakami).
Ta evropski standard se uporablja za osnovne proizvode iz aluminij-silikatnega stekla, dobavljene v velikostih na zalogi, dobavljenih velikostih in velikostih razreza za končno uporabo.
Ta evropski standard ne zajema končnih velikosti razreza z merami manj kot 100 mm ali površino, manjšo od 0,05 m².
