Paints and varnishes - Determination of non-volatile-matter content and spreading rate of coil coating materials

The method specifies the gravimetric procedure for determining the non-volatile matter content (often referred to as dry solid or weight solids) as a percentage by mass of the majority of thermally cured coil coatings and subsequently for determining the theoretical spreading rate. The method is not suitable for pure epoxy coil coatings.

Die Norm legt die gravimetrische Bestimmung des Gehaltes an nichtflüchtigen Anteilen (oft auch als
Trockenrückstand bezeichnet) als Massenanteil in Prozent der Mehrzahl von wärmehärtenden
Bandbeschichtungsstoffen mit nachfolgender Bestimmung der theoretischen Ergiebigkeit fest. Das Verfahren
ist nicht geeignet für Bandbeschichtungsstoffe, die reine Epoxidharze als Bindemittel enthalten.

Peintures et vernis - Détermination de la teneur en matière non volatile et du rendement superficiel spécifique de revêtements pour prélaquage

La présente méthode décrit le mode opératoire permettant de déterminer par gravimétrie la teneur en matière non volatile (souvent nommée matière sèche ou poids en solides) en pourcentage en masse de la majorité des revêtements pour prélaquage durcis par traitement thermique, et par conséquent de déterminer le rendement d’application théorique. Cette méthode ne convient pas aux revêtements pour prélaquage en époxy pur.

Barve in laki - Določevanje nehlapnih snovi in razlivnosti površinske zaščite kovinskih kolobarjev

Metoda opisuje gravimetrični postopek za določevanje masnega odstotka nehlapnih snovi (ali masnega odstotka vsebnosti suhe snovi) večine toplotno sušenih zaščit kolobarjev in nato za določevanje teoretične hitrosti širjenja. Metoda ni primerna za čiste epoksidne zaščite kolobarjev.
