Chemicals used for treatment of swimming pool water - Sodium carbonate

This document is applicable to sodium carbonate used directly, or for the production of formulations, for the treatment of water for swimming pools. It describes the characteristics of sodium carbonate and specifies the requirements and the corresponding test methods for sodium carbonate. It provides information on its use in swimming pool water treatment. It also determines the rules relating to safe handling and use of sodium carbonate (see Annex B).

Dieses Dokument gilt für Natriumcarbonat, das direkt zur Aufbereitung von Schwimm- und Badebeckenwasser oder zur Herstellung von Zubereitungen verwendet wird. Es beschreibt die Eigenschaften von Natriumcarbonat und legt die Anforderungen sowie die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren für Natriumcarbonat fest. Es gibt Informationen für die Anwendung von Natriumcarbonat in der Aufbereitung von Schwimm- und Badebeckenwasser. Es legt darüber hinaus Regeln für die sichere Handhabung und Benutzung von Natriumcarbonat fest (siehe Anhang B).

La présente Norme européenne est applicable au carbonate de sodium utilisé directement ou pour la préparation de formulations pour le traitement de l'eau des piscines. elle décrit les caractéristiques et spécifie les prescriptions du carbonate de sodium et les méthodes d'essai correspondantes. Elle donne des informations pour son utilisation dans le traitement de l'eau des piscines. Elle fixe également les règles relatives à la sécurité d'emploi et de manipulation du carbonate de sodium (voir Annexe B).
