This European Standard specifies requirements, test methods, the marking and evaluation of conformity for packaged and/or site assembled domestic wastewater treatment plants (including guest houses and businesses) used for populations up to 50 inhabitants. Small wastewater treatment plants according to this European Standard are used for the treatment of raw domestic wastewater.
It covers plants with tanks made of concrete, steel, PVC-U, Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP-UP), Polydicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) and container made of flexible sheets (PEHD, PP, PVC, EPDM).
The test methods specified in this European Standard establish the performance of the plant, needed to verify its suitability for the end use (see 3.1).
This European Standard applies for small wastewater treatment plants for use buried in the ground where no vehicle loads are applied to the product.
This European Standard applies to plants where all prefabricated components are factory or site-assembled by one manufacturer and which are tested as a whole.
NOTE   In some countries, domestic wastewater treatment plants are followed by other systems to conform to national regulations.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an vorgefertigte und/oder vor Ort montierte Anlagen zur Behandlung von häuslichem Schmutzwasser einschließlich solchem aus Gaststätten und Gewerbebetrieben für Gruppen von bis zu 50 Personen sowie Prüfverfahren, die Kennzeichnung und die Konformitätsbewertung fest. Kleinkläranlagen nach dieser Europäischen Norm werden für die Behandlung von häuslichem Rohab-wasser verwendet.
#Sie deckt Anlagen mit Behältern aus Beton, Stahl, PVC U, Polyethylen (PE), Polypropylen (PP), glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff (GFK-UP) und Polydicyclopentadien (PDCPD) sowie Anlagen mit Behältern aus flexiblen Bahnen (PEHD, PP, PVC, EPDM) ab.$
Die in dieser Europäischen Norm spezifizierten Prüfverfahren legen die Ausführung der Anlage fest, die zur Prüfung von deren Eignung für den Verwendungszweck erforderlich ist (siehe 3.1).
Die vorliegende Europäische Norm gilt für Kleinkläranlagen, die in den Boden eingebaut werden und dann keinen Fahrzeuglasten ausgesetzt sind.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Anlagen, bei denen alle vorgefertigten Bauteile im Werk oder vor Ort durch einen Hersteller zusammengebaut werden und die als Ganzes geprüft werden.
ANMERKUNG   In einigen Ländern sind, um den nationalen Vorschriften zu entsprechen, den Anlagen zur Behandlung des häuslichen Abwassers weitere Anlagen nachgeschaltet.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences, les méthodes d’essais, le marquage et l’évaluation de la conformité de stations d’épuration d’eaux usées domestiques prêtes à l’emploi et/ou assemblées sur site, utilisées pour une population totale équivalente (PTE) jusqu’à 50 habitants (y compris pour des établissements hôteliers et entreprises). Les petites stations d’épuration dont il est question dans la présente Norme européenne sont utilisées pour le traitement des eaux usées domestiques brutes.
#Elle traite des stations avec réservoirs en béton, acier, PVC-U, polyéthylène (PE), plastique renforcé de verre (PRV), polydicyclopentadiène (PDCPD) et réservoir composé de membranes souples (PEHD, PP, PVC, EPDM).$
Les méthodes d’essais spécifiées dans la présente Norme européenne établissent les performances de la station, qui sont requises pour vérifier l’aptitude de la station à l’emploi (voir 3.1).
La présente Norme européenne est applicable aux petites stations d’épuration des eaux usées enterrées à un emplacement où le produit n’est pas soumis à des charges dues aux véhicules.
La présente Norme européenne est applicable à des stations dont tous les composants sont préfabriqués en usine ou assemblés sur site par un même fabricant et qui sont soumises aux essais comme un tout.

Ta evropski standard podaja zahteve, preskusne metode, označevanje in ocenjevanje skladnosti za montažne in/ali na mestu postavitve sestavljene čistilne naprave za gospodinjske odplake (vključno z gostišči in podjetji) za stavbe z največ 50 prebivalci. V skladu s tem evropskim standardom se male čistilne naprave uporabljajo za čiščenje neobdelanih gospodinjskih odplak. Zajema čistilne naprave z rezervoarji iz betona, jekla, PVC-U, polietilena (PE), polipropilena (PP), s steklom ojačanega poliestra (GRP-UP), polidiciklopentadiena (PDCPD) in čistilne naprave s posodo iz elastičnih trakov (PEHD, PP, PVC, EPDM). The standard EN 12566 "Small wastewater treatment systems up to 50 PT" contains the following Parts:  Part 1: Prefabricated septic tanks; NOTE 1 This part specifies the requirements and test methods for prefabricated septic tank units.  Part 2: Soil infiltration systems NOTE 2 This CEN/TS is a Code of Practice for in-situ constructed soil infiltration systems. No treatment requirements are specified.  Part 3: Packaged and/or site assembled domestic wastewater treatment plants; NOTE 3 This part specifies the requirements and test methods used to evaluate packaged wastewater treatment plants which are required to treat sewage to a predetermined standard.

The following Parts are in preparation: 

Part 4: Septic tanks built in situ from prefabricated kits – Execution standard;  Part 5: Pre-treated Effluent Filtration systems. Figure 1 shows the relationship between the parts of EN 12566. wastewater treatment plants, 2013.
Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 12566-3:2005+A1:2009.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR

Evropski standard EN 12566-3:2005+A2:2013 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za

standardizacijo CEN/TC 165 Odvajanje in čiščenje odpadne vode. Slovenski standard SIST EN

12566-3:2005+A2:2013 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 12566-3:2005+A2:2013. V primeru spora

glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v enem

izmed treh uradnih jezikov CEN. Slovensko izdajo standarda je potrdil Strokovni svet SIST za splošno

področje.

Odločitev za izdajo tega standarda je junija 2013 sprejel Strokovni svet SIST za splošno področje.

Ta evropski standard je CEN sprejel 20. junija 2005 in vključuje Dopolnilo 1, ki ga je CEN sprejel

Predgovor

Ta dokument (EN 12566-3:2005+A2:2013) je pripravil tehnični odbor CEN/TC 165 Odvajanje in

čiščenje odpadne vode, katerega sekretariat vodi DIN.

Ta evropski standard mora dobiti status nacionalnega standarda z objavo istovetnega besedila ali z

razglasitvijo najpozneje do decembra 2013 in do istega roka morajo biti razveljavljeni tudi morebitni

nasprotujoči nacionalni standardi.

Opozoriti velja, da so nekateri elementi tega dokumenta lahko predmet patentnih pravic. CEN [in/ali

CENELEC] ni odgovoren za ugotavljanje katere koli ali vseh takšnih patentnih pravic.

Standard EN 12566 "Male čistilne naprave do 50 PE" je razdeljen na pet delov:
– 1. del: Predizdelane greznice

OPOMBA: Standard določa zahteve in preskusne metode za enote predizdelanih greznic.

– 2. del: Sistemi za infiltracijo v zemljo

OPOMBA: Ta CEN/TS so pravila ravnanja za sisteme za infiltracijo v tla, sestavljene na mestu vgradnje. Zahteve v

zvezi s čiščenjem niso določene.

– 3. del: Predizdelane in/ali na mestu postavitve sestavljene čistilne naprave za

gospodinjske odplake

OPOMBA: Ta del določa zahteve in preskusne metode za vrednotenje predizdelanih čistilnih naprav za odpadno

vodo, ki morajo prečistiti odpadno vodo v skladu z vnaprej določenim standardom.
V pripravi sta naslednja dela:
– 4. del: Montažne greznice, sestavljene na mestu vgradnje – Standard za izvedbo
– 5. del: Filtrirni sistemi (vključno s peščenimi filtri)

1 Področje uporabe

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve, preskusne metode, označevanje in vrednotenje skladnosti za

predizdelane in/ali na mestu postavitve sestavljene čistilne naprave za gospodinjsko odpadno vodo

(vključno z gostišči in podjetji) za obremenitev do 50 prebivalcev. Male čistilne naprave, skladne s

tem evropskim standardom, se uporabljajo za čiščenje surove gospodinjske odpadne vode.

Standard obravnava čistilne naprave z rezervoarji iz betona, jekla, PVC-U, polietilena (PE),

polipropilena (PP), s steklom ojačenega poliestra (GRP-UP), polidiciklopentadiena (PDCPD) in

čistilne naprave s posodo iz hidroizolacijskih trakov (PEHD, PP, PVC, EPDM).

Preskusne metode, določene v tem evropskem standardu, določajo delovanje čistilne naprave,

potrebno za preverjanje njene primernosti za končno uporabo (glej 3.1).

Ta evropski standard se uporablja za male čistilne naprave, ki so zakopane pod površino, kjer nanje

ne vplivajo obremenitve vozil.

Ta evropski standard velja za čistilne naprave, pri katerih vse predizdelane sestavne dele v tovarni

ali na mestu postavitve sestavi en proizvajalec in so preskušene kot celota.

OPOMBA: V nekaterih državah so čistilne naprave za gospodinjsko odpadno vodo povezane z drugimi sistemi, da so

skladni z nacionalnimi predpisi.
