Dentistry - Number coding system for rotary instruments - Part 7: Specific characteristics of mandrels and special instruments (ISO 6360-7:2006)

ISO 6360-7:2006 specifies the code numbers for specific characteristics of mandrels and special instruments such as bone cutters, implant burs, trephines, wax scrapers and polishers. This three-digit number forms the fourth group of three digits in the 15-digit overall number, the principles of which are explained in ISO 6360-1 and ISO 6360-2.

Dieser Teil von ISO 6360 enthält Kennzahlen für besondere Eigenschaften von Trägern und Spezialinstrumenten wie z. B. Knochenfräser, Implantatbohrer, Hohlschleifer, Wachsschaber und Polierer. Diese dreistellige Nummer bildet die vierte Gruppe mit drei Zahlen in der 15 -stelligen Gesamtnummer, deren Grundprinzipien in ISO 6360-1 und ISO 6360-2 beschrieben werden.
ANMERKUNG   Zusätzlich zu den Benennungen für rotierende Instrumente und Zubehör, die in zwei der drei offiziellen ISO-Sprachfassungen (Englisch, Französisch und Russisch) gegeben werden, enthält dieser Teil von ISO 6360 äquivalente Benennungen in der deutschen Sprache; diese erscheinen unter der Verantwortung des Mitgliedes für Deutschland (DIN). Nur die Benennungen in den offiziellen ISO-Sprachen dürfen können deshalb als ISO-Benennungen angesehen werden.

This document (EN ISO 6360-7:2006) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 106
"Dentistry" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 55 "Dentistry", the secretariat of
which is held by DIN.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of
an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2006, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by August 2006.

According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
