Helmets for pedal cyclists and for users of skateboards and roller skates

This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for helmets worn by users of pedal cycles, skateboards and roller skates.
Requirements and the corresponding methods of test are given for the following:
-   construction, including field of vision;
-   shock absorbing properties;
-   retention system properties, including chin strap and fastening devices;
-   marking and information.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Helme fest, die durch Benutzer von Fahrrädern, Skateboards und Rollschuhen getragen werden. Die Anforderungen und die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren beziehen sich auf folgende Punkte:
- Konstruktion, einschließlich Sichtfeld;
- stoßdämpfende Eigenschaften;
- Eigenschaften der Trageeinrichtung, einschließlich Kinnriemen, und Befestigungsvorrichtungen;
- Kennzeichnung und Information.

La présente Norme européenne énonce des exigences et méthodes d'essai pour les casques devant être
portés par les utilisateurs de cycles, planches à roulettes et patins à roulettes.
Les exigences et les méthodes d'essai correspondantes couvrent les aspects suivants :
- construction, y compris le champ de vision ;
- propriétés en matière d'absorption des chocs ;
- caractéristiques du système de rétention, y compris la jugulaire et les dispositifs de serrage ;
- marquage et information.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskusne metode za čelade za kolesarje ter uporabnike rolk in kotalk. Podane so zahteve in ustrezne preskusne metode za naslednja področja: – sestava, skupaj z vidnim poljem; – lastnosti absorpcije udarcev; – lastnosti zadrževalnega sistema, skupaj s pasom za brado in napravami za pripenjanje; – označevanje in podatki.
