Free-standing chimneys - Part 7: Product specifications of cylindrical steel fabrications for use in single wall steel chimneys and steel liners

This European Standard is a product standard which specifies the performance requirements of cylindrical steel fabrications for use in single wall steel chimneys and steel liners for free-standing chimneys used to convey the flue gas from appliances to the outside atmosphere. It specifies also the requirements for insulation and cladding being part of the single wall steel chimney and liner, it provides for the evaluation of conformity of steel chimney/liners to this EN.
It is essential that the steel chimneys/steel chimney products manufactured in accordance with this European Standard comply with the requirements given in EN 13084-1 and ENV 1993-3-2.

Freistehende Schornsteine - Teil 7: Produktfestlegungen für zylindrische Stahlbauteile zur Verwendung in einschaligen Stahlschornsteinen und Innenrohren aus Stahl

Dieses Dokument ist eine Produktnorm, die Festlegungen der Leistungsanforderungen für zylindrische Stahlbauteile enthält, zur Verwendung in einschaligen Stahlschornsteinen und Innenrohren aus Stahl für freistehende Schornsteine, welche zur Ableitung von Verbrennungsprodukten von Feuerstätten an die Außenluft verwendet werden. Außerdem werden Anforderungen an die Wärmedämmung und Ummantelung, die Teil des einschaligen Schornsteins und Innenrohrs sind, festgelegt und sie dient der Beurteilung der Konformität der Schornsteine/Innenrohre aus Stahl mit den Festlegungen dieser EN.
Es ist notwendig, dass Stahlschornsteine/Stahlschornsteinprodukte, die nach dieser Europäischen Norm hergestellt werden, den Anforderungen von EN 13084-1 und ENV 1993-3-2 entsprechen.

La présente Norme européenne est une norme de produit qui spécifie les performances relatives aux
fabrications cylindriques en acier utilisées dans les cheminées en acier à paroi simple et les parois intérieures
en acier destinées aux cheminées autoportantes dont la fonction principale est d�acheminer les fumées
depuis les appareils de chauffage jusque dans l�atmosphère. Elle spécifie également les exigences relatives à
l�isolation et au gainage équipant la cheminée en acier à paroi simple et la paroi intérieure. Elle permet
l�évaluation de la conformité des cheminées et/ou parois intérieures en acier à la présente Norme européenne.
Il est impératif que les cheminées en acier et/ou les produits de cheminées en acier fabriqués conformément
à la présente Norme européenne satisfassent aux exigences figurant dans l�EN 13084-1 et l�ENV 1993-3-2.
