Rastlinske in živalske maščobe in olja - Določevanje policikličnih aromatskih ogljikovodikov (ISO 15753:2006/DAM 1:2010)

Ta standard opisuje dve metodi za določevanje 15 policikličnih aromatskih ogljikovodikov (PAH) v živalskih in rastlinskih maščobah in oljih: - splošna metoda, in – metoda, specifična za kokosovo olje in rastlinska olja s kratkimi verigami. Te metode niso kvantitativne za zelo hlapne sestavine, kot so naftalen, acenaften in fluoren. Zaradi interference, ki jo zagotavlja sama matrica, z uporabo te metode ni mogoče analizirati palmovega olja in olja iz oljčnih tropin. Policiklični aromatski ogljikovodiki se ekstrahirajo z zmesjo acetonitrila/acetona, sledi prečiščevanje na fazi C18 in potem filtrih, vezanih na florisilno fazo. Določevanje vsebnosti posameznih policikličnih aromatskih ogljikovodikov po separaciji se doseže s tekočinsko kromatografijo visoke zmogljivosti (HPLC) z merjenjem fluorescence pri različnih valovnih dolžinah ekscitacije in emisije.

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN ISO 15753:2006; it was approved by CEN on 29 July 2011.

This document (EN ISO 15753:2006/A1:2011) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 34 "Food
products" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 307 “Oilseeds, vegetable and animal fats and
oils and their by-products - Methods of sampling and analysis” the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This Amendment to the European Standard EN ISO 15753:2006 shall be given the status of a national
standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2012, and
conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2012.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the following
