Specification for the testing of balanced and coaxial information technology cabling - Part 1: Installed balanced cabling as specified in the standards series EN 50173

IEC 61935-1:2009(E) specifies reference measurement procedures for cabling parameters and the requirements for field tester accuracy to measure cabling parameters identified in ISO/IEC 11801. References in this standard to ISO/IEC 11801 mean ISO/IEC 11801 or equivalent cabling standards. It applies when the cable assemblies are constructed of cables complying with the IEC 61156 family of standards, and connecting hardware as specified in IEC 60603-7 family of standards or IEC 61076-3-104 and IEC 61076-3-110. In the case where cables and/or connectors do not comply with these standards, then additional tests may be required. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2005, and constitutes a technical revision. It differs from the second edition in that it includes test methods for exogenous (alien) crosstalk. It also includes a new annex for uncertainty and variability of field test results.

La CEI 61935-1:2010 spécifie les procédures des mesures de référence pour les paramètres de câblage et les exigences pour la précision des appareils de contrôle sur le terrain pour mesurer les paramètres de câblage identifiés dans l'ISO/CEI 11801. Les références faites dans la présente norme à l'ISO/CEI 11801 renvoient à l'ISO/CEI 11801 ou à des normes de câblage équivalentes. Elle s'applique quand les câbles équipés sont constitués de câbles conformes à la famille des normes CEI 61156 et de matériel de connexion spécifié dans la famille de normes CEI 60603-7 ou dans la CEI 61076-3-104 et la CEI 61076-3-110. Cette troisième édition annule et remplace la deuxième édition parue en 2005, dont elle constitue une révision technique. Elle diffère de la deuxième édition en ce qu'elle contient des méthodes d'essai pour la diaphonie exogène (étrangère). Elle contient aussi une nouvelle annexe concernant l'incertitude et la variabilité des résultats d'essai sur le terrain. La présente version bilingue, publiée en 2010-07, correspond à la version anglaise.

Preskušanje simetričnega komunikacijskega okabljenja v skladu z ISO/IEC 11801 - 1. del: Vgrajeno okabljenje (IEC 61935-1:2009, spremenjen)

Ta del IEC 61935 določa referenčne postopke meritev za parametre okabljenja in zahteve za natančnost terenskih naprav za preskušanje meritev parametrov okabljenja, določenih v ISO/IEC 11801. Sklicevanja v tem standardu na ISO/IEC 11801 pomenijo ISO/IEC 11801 ali enakovredne standarde okabljenja.  Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja, kadar so kabelske sestave sestavljene iz kablov, ki so skladni z IEC 61156 skupino standardov in povezano strojno opremo, kot je določeno v IEC 60603-7 skupini standardov ali IEC 61076-3-104 in IEC 61076-3-110. V primeru, kjer kabli in/ali konektorji niso v skladu s temi standardi, so lahko potrebni dodatni preskusi. Ta standard je organiziran, kot sledi:
- referenčni postopki laboratorijskih meritev na topologiji kablov so določeni v klavzuli 4. V nekaterih primerih se ti postopki lahko uporabijo na terenu;
-  opisi in zahteve za meritve na terenu so določene v klavzuli 5;
- zahteve delovanja za terenske preskusne naprave in postopke za preverjanje delovanja so določene v Klavzuli 6. OPOMBA 1: Ta standard ne zajema preskusov, ki se običajno izvajajo ločeno na kablih in konektorjih.  Ti preskusi so opisani v IEC 61156-1 in IEC 60603-7 ali IEC 61076-3-104 in IEC 61076-3-110 v tem zaporedju.
OPOMBA 2: Kadarkoli je mogoče, so kabli in konektorji, uporabljeni v kabelskih sestavah, tudi če niso določeni v IEC 61156 ali IEC 60603-7, IEC 61076-3-104 ali 61076-3-110, preskušeni ločeno, glede na preskuse, podane v ustrezni splošni specifikaciji. V tem primeru se lahko večino okoljskih in mehanskih preskusov opisanih v tem standardu opusti. OPOMBA 3: Uporabnikom tega standarda se svetuje, da se posvetujejo s standardi uporabe, proizvajalci opreme in sestavljavci sistema, da določijo ustreznost teh zahtev za posebne uporabe omrežij. Ta standard se nanaša na delovanje v zvezi z 100 Ω okabljenjem. Za 120 Ω ali 150:
- okabljenje, velja isto načelo, vendar naj sistem meritev odgovarja nominalni stopnji impedance. Terenske preskusne naprave zajemajo certifikate, kvalifikacije in potrditve. Certifikacijski preskus tega standarda se izvaja za stroge potrebe gospodarskih/industrijskih stavb. Preskušanje kvalifikacij je določeno v IEC 61935-3. Preskušanje kvalifikacij določa, če bo okabljenje podpiralo določene omrežne tehnologije (t.j. 1000BASE-T, 1000BASE-TX, IEEE 1394b1). Kvalifikacijske preskusne naprave nimajo sledljive natančnosti do državnih standardov in zagotavljajo zaupanje, da bodo določene aplikacije delovale. Preskusne naprave potrditve izključno potrjujejo povezljivost. V celotnem dokumentu je predvideno 4-parno okabljenje. Preskusni postopki, opisani v tem standardu, se lahko uporabljajo tudi za ocenitev 2-parnega uravnoteženega okabljenja. Vendar so 2-parne povezave okabljenja, ki si delijo isti tulec z drugimi povezavami, preskušane kot 4-parna okabljenja.

Foreword
The text of document 46/323/FDIS, future edition 3 of IEC 61935-1, prepared by IEC TC 46, Cables,
wires, waveguides, R.F. connectors, R.F. and microwave passive components and accessories, was
submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and was approved by CENELEC as EN 61935-1 on
2009-10-01 with common modifications prepared by the German national committee to have the standard
refer to the relevant European Standards.
This European Standard supersedes EN 61935-1:2005.
This new edition includes test methods for exogenous (alien) crosstalk. It also includes a new annex for
uncertainty and variability of field test results.
The following dates were fixed:
