Digitalne izboljšane brezvrvične telekomunikacije (DECT) - Paketna radijska storitev DECT (DPRS)

Ta dokument določa standard za paketne radijske storitve za digitalne izboljšane brezvrvične
telekomunikacijske (DECT) sisteme, skladne z ETSI EN 300 175-1 [1] do ETSI EN 300 175-8 [8]. To je podlaga za profile, ki določajo bolj specifične aplikacije (profili aplikacijsko specifičnega dostopa – ASAP), namenjene povezavi terminalov, ki podpirajo paketne podatkovne storitve, z javno in zasebno fiksno infrastrukturo.
Paketna radijska storitev digitalnih izboljšanih brezvrvičnih telekomunikacij opredeljuje več načinov delovanja, ki se imenujejo razredi, ter več prenesenih storitev in protokolov, ki so lahko storitve blokovnega posredovanja ali pa znakovno usmerjene storitve.
• Razred 1 ne uporablja C-ravni omrežne plasti in zagotavlja podobno storitev kot brezžično lokalno omrežje.
• Razred 2 izvaja vse zmogljivosti DPRS, vključno s celotno C-ravnjo z nadzorom klicev in upravljanjem mobilnosti, ter zagotavlja vse zmogljivosti paketne storitve za javna celična omrežja (tj. GPRS). Storitve razreda 1 in razreda 2 podpirajo večnosilne in asimetrične povezave ter izvajajo postopke upravnega subjekta, namenjene doseganju čim večje zmogljivosti, optimalne uspešnosti in minimalnega časa za dostop.
• Razred 3 in razred 4 sta poenostavljena načina, ki se uporabljata pri pomožnih podatkovnih storitvah v glasovnih terminalih ali drugih podatkovnih storitvah po zmerni stopnji.
Dodatki k temu dokumentu vsebujejo dogovore o medsebojnem delovanju storitev blokovnega posredovanja in znakovno usmerjenih storitev ter druge ustrezne informacije. V tem dokumentu so opredeljene naslednje storitve:
Storitve blokovnega posredovanja:
• LAN IEEE 802.3 [13] (znane tudi kot ISO/IEC 8802-3), (točka B.4).
• LAN IEEE 802.5 [14] (znane tudi kot ISO/IEC 8802-5), (točka B.5).
• Internetni protokol (IP) [15], (točka B.6).
• Protokol od točke do točke (PPP) [16], (točka B.7).
• Splošno medsebojno delovanje (točka B.8), ki omogoča neposreden prenos drugih protokolov.
Znakovno usmerjene storitve:
• Asinhroni vmesnik V.24, vključno z modulom za sestavljanje in razstavljanje paketov (PAD) (dodatek C).
Ta dokument določa dodatne zahteve za fizično plast (PHL), plast krmiljenja dostopa do prenosnega medija (MAC), plast krmiljenja podatkovnih povezav (DLC) in omrežno plast (NWK) digitalnih izboljšanih brezvrvičnih telekomunikacij. Standard določa tudi zahteve upravnega subjekta (ME), ki zagotavljajo učinkovito uporabo spektra digitalnih izboljšanih brezvrvičnih telekomunikacij.
