ISO/FDIS 15818.2

Earth-moving machinery — Lifting and tying-down attachment points — Performance requirements

ISO 15818:2010 specifies the performance requirements for the lifting and tying-down attachment points of earth-moving machinery as defined in ISO 6165. It can also be applied to heavy components and subassemblies of earth-moving machinery in cases where these need to be lifted and/or tied down. If, however, the attachment points of the components or subassemblies cannot be used for lifting or tying down the parent machine, this must be made evident by a label near the attachment point. ISO 15818:2010 can be applied except where national or local regulations are more stringent than its requirements and except beyond transportation-system-related limitations justified by the machine manufacturer. ISO 15818:2010 is not applicable to airlift or transport by air, nor to the tying-down attachment points used to secure working machines in maritime, river or similar work vessels.

L'ISO 15818:2010 spécifie les exigences de performance des points d'ancrage pour le levage et l'arrimage montés sur ou intégrés dans des engins de terrassement, tels que définis dans l'ISO 6165. Lorsque cela est nécessaire, elle est également applicable aux composants lourds des engins de terrassement au cas oů les composants eux-męmes ont besoin d'ętre levés ou arrimés. Dans de tels cas, si les points d'ancrage pour le levage et/ou l'arrimage ne peuvent pas ętre utilisés pour les besoins de levage et/ou d'arrimage de l'engin, une telle impossibilité est ŕ mettre en évidence pour les élingueurs ou les autres travailleurs par étiquetage ou par un tout autre avertissement. L'ISO 15818:2010 peut s'appliquer sauf lorsque les réglementations nationales ou locales relatives au dépassement du gabarit justifiées par le fabricant de l'engin sont plus sévčres. L'ISO 15818:2010 n'inclut pas les exigences relatives au transport aérien, ni ne s'applique aux points d'arrimage utilisés pour fixer des machines qui travaillent sur une plate-forme maritime, fluviale ou sur un autre navire de travail semblable.
