Anwendungsbereich
Dieser Teil von ISO 10692 legt eine Prüffolge und Abnahmebedingungen für Ventil/Flaschenverbindungen
für Gase und Gasgemische für bestimmte Betriebsbedingungen fest, wo der höchste Reinheitsgrad
und/oder die höchste Partikelfreiheit, z. B. bei der Herstellung von Komponenten der Mikroelektronik,
gefordert werden.
Sie legt ein verbindliches Programm für die Typprüfung fest, damit die Sicherheit der Verbindung gewähr-leistet
ist. Zusätzliche Prüfungen werden für die Bestätigung der Haltbarkeit vorgeschlagen und andere
Betriebseigenschaften der Verbindungen sind im Anhang A enthalten.

La présente partie de l'ISO 10692 spécifie une séquence d'essais et des critères d'acceptabilité pour les raccords entre les bouteilles à gaz et les robinets destinés à des gaz ou à des mélanges de gaz utilisés dans des conditions de service particulières, où les niveaux les plus rigoureux de propreté et/ou d'absence de particules sont exigés, notamment lors de la fabrication de composants microélectroniques. Elle spécifie un programme d'essais de type obligatoire permettant de garantir la sécurité du raccord entre le robinet et la bouteille. Des essais supplémentaires recommandés afin d'évaluer la durabilité et d'autres paramètres fonctionnels du raccord sont énoncés dans l'annexe A.

Foreword
The text of the International Standard ISO 10692-2:2001 has been prepared by Technical
Committee ISO/TC 58 "Gas cylinders" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 23
"Transportable gas cylinders", the secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication
of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2002, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2002.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy,
Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United

Foreword
