Plant biostimulants - Detection of Salmonella spp.

This European Standard establishes the methodology for the determination of Salmonella spp. in plant biostimulant products in accordance to the future Regulation of EU fertilising products.

Dieses Dokument beschreibt ein Verfahren zum Nachweis von Salmonella spp. in Biostimulanzien der folgenden Produktfunktionskategorien (PFCs, en: Product Function Categories) und Komponentenmaterial¬kategorien (CMC, en: Component Material Category) von EU Düngeprodukten, wie in der Verordnung (EU) 2019/1009 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates [1] beschrieben:
   PFC 6(A): Mikrobielles Pflanzen-Biostimulans;
   PFC 6(B): Nicht-mikrobielles Pflanzen-Biostimulans;
   CMC 7: Mikroorganismen.
Es erfordert drei aufeinanderfolgende Schritte: eine selektive Anreicherung, eine Isolierung auf einem chromogenen Agar und bei positivem Befund eine Bestätigung mit einer serologischen Untersuchung (und, falls erforderlich, einem Selektivmedium).

Le présent document décrit une méthode pour la recherche des Salmonella spp. dans les biostimulants des catégories fonctionnelles de produits (PFC) et de la catégorie de matières constitutives (CMC) des fertilisants UE décrites dans le Règlement (EU) 2019/1009 du Parlement européen et du Conseil [1] :
-   PFC 6(A) : Biostimulant microbien des végétaux ;
-   PFC 6(B) : Biostimulant non microbien des végétaux ;
-   CMC 7 : Microorganismes.
Il nécessite trois phases successives : un enrichissement sélectif, un isolement sur une gélose chromogène, et, en cas de résultat positif, une confirmation par un essai sérologique (et, si nécessaire, un milieu sélectif).
