Dynamic modules - Part 3-1: Performance specification templates - Dynamic channel equalizers (IEC 62343-3-1:2010)

This part of IEC 62343 provides a performance specification template for the dynamic channe equaliser (DCE). The object of this performance specification template is to provide a frame for the preparation of detail specifications on the performances of dynamic channel equalisers. Additional specification parameters may be included for detailed product specifications or performance specifications. However, specification parameters specified in this standard should not be removed from the detail product specifications or performance specifications. The technical information regarding dynamic channel equalisers, and their applications in DWDM systems are described in future IEC/TR 62343-6-1.

La CEI 62343-3-1:2010 donne un modèle de spécification de performance pour les égaliseurs de canaux de transmission dynamiques (DCE, dynamic channel equaliser). Ce modèle de spécification de performance est destiné à fournir un cadre pour l'établissement des spécifications particulières concernant les performances des égaliseurs de canaux de transmission dynamiques. Des paramètres de spécification supplémentaires peuvent être inclus pour les spécifications détaillées de produit ou de performances. Toutefois, il convient que les paramètres de spécification stipulés dans la présente norme ne soient pas retirés des spécifications particulières de produit ou de performance.

Namen teh predlogov za tehnične specifikacije je zagotoviti okvir za pripravo podrobnih specifikacij izvedbe dinamičnih kanalskih stabilizatorjev. Za podrobne specifikacije proizvoda ali izvedbene specifikacije so lahko vključeni dodatni specifikacijski parametri. Vendar pa se specifikacijski parametri, določeni v tem standardu, ne smejo izločiti iz podrobnih specifikacij proizvoda ali izvedbenih specifikacij. Tehnične informacije v zvezi z dinamičnimi kanalskimi stabilizatorji in njihova uporaba v sistemih DWDM bodo opisane v prihodnjem IEC/TR 62343-6-1.

FOREWORD 1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of IEC is to promote international co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, IEC publishes International Standards, Technical Specifications, Technical Reports, Publicly Available Specifications (PAS) and Guides (hereafter referred to as “IEC Publication(s)”). Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. 2) The formal decisions or agreements of IEC on technical matters express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the relevant subjects since each technical committee has representation from all interested IEC National Committees.
