Dieser Teil von ISO 5183 legt Maße und Grenzabmaße für Widerstandspunktschweiß-Elektrodenschäfte fest, bei denen die Befestigung der Elektrodenkappe (siehe ISO 5821) mittels eines Außenkegels 1:10 erfolgt und zur Befestigung des Elektrodenschaftes im Elektrodenhalter (siehe ISO 8430-3) ein zylindrischer Schaft verwendet wird.

La présente partie de l'ISO 5183 spécifie les dimensions et tolérances des corps de pointes d'électrode (couramment appelés allonges) à embout amovible (voir ISO 5821) pour soudage par points par résistance sur lesquels la fixation de l'embout est un cône mâle 1:10 et pour lesquels l'emmanchement cylindrique pour poussée en bout est conforme à l'ISO 8430-3.

Foreword
The text of the International Standard from Technical Committee ISO/TC 44 " Welding and allied
processes" of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has been taken over as an
European Standard by Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 "Welding", the secretariat of which is held by
DS.
This European Standard replaces EN 25183-2:1991.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2002, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by April 2002.
NOTE FROM CMC The foreword is susceptible to be amended on reception of the German language version.
The confirmed or amended foreword, and when appropriate, the normative annex ZA for the references to
international publications with their relevant European publications will be circulated with the German version.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the
