Resilient floor coverings - Specifications for homogeneous and heterogeneous relief rubber floor coverings
This European Standard specifies the characteristics of homogeneous and heterogeneous relief or studded rubber floor coverings, supplied in either tile or roll form.
This European Standard includes a classification system based on intensity of use, which shows where these resilient floor coverings should give satisfactory service (see EN 685). It also specifies requirements for marking.

Dieses Dokument legt die Eigenschaften homogener und heterogener profilierter Elastomer Bodenbeläge fest, die entweder in Platten oder in Rollenform geliefert werden.
Dieses Dokument enthält ein Klassifizierungssystem auf der Grundlage der Nutzungsintensität, das zeigt, wo für diese Bodenbeläge ein zufriedenstellender Nutzen möglich wäre (siehe EN 685). Dieses Dokument legt auch die Anforderungen zur Kennzeichnung fest.

La présente norme européenne prescrit les caractéristiques des revêtements de sol homogènes et hétérogènes en caoutchouc à relief ou avec un relief structuré, fournis en dalles ou en rouleaux.
La norme inclut un système de classification basé sur l'intensité d'utilisation, qui indique l'endroit où il convient que ces revêtements de sol rendent un service satisfaisant (voir l'EN 685). Elle spécifie également les exigences relatives au marquage.

Ta evropski standard vsebuje sistem označevanja, osnovan na intenzivnosti uporabe, ki kaže, kje bi te prožne talne obloge zadovoljivo služile (glej EN 685). Prav tako določa zahteve za označevanje.

EN 12199:2010 (E) 3 Foreword This document (EN 12199:2010) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 134 “Resilient, textile and laminate floor coverings”, the secretariat of which is held by BSI. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2010, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by December 2010. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights. This document supersedes EN 12199:1998.
