Soft soldering fluxes - Test methods - Part 10: Flux efficacy test, solder spread method (ISO 9455-10:1998)

This standard specifies a method for the determination of the efficacy of a soft soldering flux. The method is known as the solder spread method and is applicable to all flux classes defined in EN ISO 9454-1.

Dieser Teil der ISO 9455 legt ein Verfahren fest, um die Wirksamkeit eines Flußmittels für Weichlöten zu bestimmen. Das Verfahren wird als Ausbreitungsprüfung bezeichnet. Das Verfahren ist anwendbar auf alle Flußmittelklassen nach ISO 9454-1. ANMERKUNG 1: Dieser Teil der ISO 9455 ist nur geeignet für flüssige Flußmittel > 10% (m/m). ANMERKUNG2: Ein alternatives Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Wirksamkeit von Flußmittel, das ausschließlich auf flüssige Flußmittel anwendbar ist, ist die Benutzungsprüfung, die in ISO 9455-16 festgelegt ist.

La présente partie de IISO 9455 prescrit une méthode pour la détermination de l'efficacité d'un flux de brasage tendre.
