Specifies domestic washing and drying procedures for textile testing. The procedures are applicable to textile fabrics, garnments or other textile articles which are subjected to appropriate combinations of domestic washing and drying procedures.

Textilien - Nichtgewerbliche Wasch- und Trocknungsverfahren zur Prüfung von Textilien - Änderung 1 (ISO 6330:2000/Amd 1:2008)

Die vorliegende Internationale Norm legt genormte Wasch- und Trocknungsverfahren zur Prüfung
von Textilien fest. Die Verfahren sind anwendbar auf textile Flächengebilde, Bekleidung und sonstige Textilerzeugnisse,
die geeigneten Kombinationen von simulierten nichtgewerblichen Wasch- und Trocknungsverfahren
ausgesetzt werden."
!1.2 Vorgesehen sind
a) zehn verschiedene Waschvorgänge, die auf der Verwendung einer Frontlader-Maschine mit horizontal
gelagerter Trommel (Typ A-Waschmaschine) beruhen,
Diese Änderung ermöglicht einen Austausch der Maschine mit horizontal gelagerter Trommel und der
Maschine, die in vorhergehenden Zusätzen dieser Internationalen Norm festgelegt wurde. Die ursprüngliche
Maschine wird nicht mehr hergestellt.
Durchgeführte begrenzte Versuche weisen darauf hin, dass geprüfte Typen von Fasern und Flächengebilden
in beiden Maschinen ähnliche Ergebnisse unter den gleichen Waschbedingungen ergeben.
b) elf unterschiedliche Waschvorgänge, die auf der Verwendung einer von oben beschickten Wellenrad-
Waschmaschine (Waschmaschine vom Typ B) beruhen.
Es ist möglich, dass die mit den beiden Maschinentypen, horizontal und von oben beschickt, erhaltenen
Ergebnisse nicht die gleichen sind."
1.3 Jeder Waschvorgang stellt ein einzelnes nichtgewerbliches Waschverfahren dar.
1.4 Diese Internationale Norm legt auch fünf Trocknungsverfahren fest:
A — Trocknen auf der Leine
B — Trocknen aus dem tropfnassen Zustand
C — Trocknen im liegenden Zustand
D — Flachbügelpressen
E — Trommeltrocknen
1.5 Eine vollständige Prüfung besteht aus einem Wasch- und einem Trocknungsvorgang

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN ISO 6330:2000; it was approved by CEN on 25 September 2008.

This document (EN ISO 6330:2000/A1:2009) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 38
"Textiles" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 248 “Textiles and textile products” the
secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This Amendment to the European Standard EN ISO 6330:2000 shall be given the status of a national
standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by July 2009, and
conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by July 2009.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
