Ventilation for buildings - Ductwork hangers and supports - Requirements for strength
This standard specifies requirements for the construction and application of supports for sheet metal ductwork in ventilation and air conditioning systems.
The standard applies to any shape of ductwork (rectangular, circular and oval), and components used in ventilation and air conditioning systems in buildings.
The standard also takes into account insulation loads, safety factors, imposed loads (cleaning and maintenance), vibration isolation, and corrosion resistance.
The standard does not consider loading due to earthquakes.
The standard does not deal with fire requirements and fire protection of ducts and support systems.
Lüftung von Gebäuden - Aufhängungen und Auflager für Luftleitungen - Anforderungen an die Festigkeit
Diese Norm legt Anforderungen für die Konstruktion und Anwendung von Auflagern für Luftleitungen aus Blech, die in Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen verwendet werden, fest.
Die Norm gilt für alle Arten von Luftleitungen (rechteckige, runde und ovale) einschließlich ihrer Bauteile, die in Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen in Gebäuden verwendet werden.
Die Norm berücksichtigt auch Belastungen durch Dämmstoffe, Sicherheitsfaktoren, ausgeübte Lasten (Reinigung und Wartung), Schwingungen sowie Korrosionsbeständigkeit.
Erdbebenlasten werden in der Norm nicht berücksichtigt.
Die Norm behandelt keine Anforderungen hinsichtlich Brandschutz von Luftleitungs- und Auflagersystemen.
Ventilation des bâtiments - Supports et appuis pour réseau de conduits - Prescriptions de résistance
La norme spécifie les prescriptions pour la construction et l'installation des supports pour réseaux de conduits en tôle dans les systèmes de ventilation et de climatisation.
La norme s'applique à n'importe quelle forme de réseau de conduits (rectangulaire, circulaire et ovale), et aux composants utilisés dans les systèmes de climatisation et de ventilation dans les bâtiments.
La norme prend également en compte les charges de l'isolant, facteurs de sécurité, charges imposées (nettoyage et maintenance), isolation contre les vibrations, et résistance à la corrosion.
La norme ne considère pas les charges dues aux tremblements de terre.
La norme ne couvre pas les prescriptions relatives à l'incendie et à la protection contre les incendies des systèmes de conduits et supports.
