This document specifies definitions and characteristics for flexible reinforced bitumen sheets for which the intended use is roofing. This covers sheets used as top layers, intermediate layers and underlayers. It does not cover reinforced bitumen sheets for waterproofing used as underlays for discontinuous roofing.
It does not cover waterproofing sheets which are intended to be used fully bonded under bituminous products (e.g. asphalt) directly applied at high temperature, specified by prEN 14695.

Dieses Dokument legt die Definitionen und Eigenschaften von Bitumenbahnen mit Trägereinlagen fest, die für
Dachabdichtungen verwendet werden. Dies beinhaltet Bahnen, die als Oberlagen, Zwischenlagen und
Unterlagen verwendet werden. Diese Europäische Norm umfasst keine Bitumenbahnen für Abdichtungen, die
als Unterdeck- und Unterspannbahnen für Dachdeckungen verwendet werden.
Diese Europäische Norm umfasst keine Bitumenbahnen für Abdichtungen, die vollständig verklebt unter bei
hohen Temperaturen aufgebrachten Bitumenprodukten (z. B. Asphalt) verwendet werden sollen, wie in
prEN 14695 festgelegt.
Feuilles souples d'étanchéité - Feuilles bitumineuses armées pour l'étanchéité de toiture - Définitions et caractéristiques
Le présent document spécifie les définitions et les caractéristiques pour les feuilles bitumineuses souples armées,
dont l'utilisation prévue est l'étanchéité de toiture. Ceci concerne des feuilles utilisées comme dernière couche,
couche intermédiaire ou couche inférieure. Cette norme ne concerne pas les feuilles bitumineuses d’étanchéité
armées, utilisées comme sous-couche ou écran de sous-toiture.
Elle ne traite pas des feuilles d'étanchéité qui sont destinées à être posées en adhérence totale sous protection
de surface en produits bitumineux (par exemple l’asphalte) directement mises en oeuvre à température élevée,
spécifiées dans l’EN 14695.
Hidroizolacijski trakovi - Ojačeni bitumenski trakovi za tesnjenje streh - Definicije in lastnosti
Ta evropski standard določa definicije in lastnosti za ojačene hidroizolacijske trakove, ki so namenjeni za kritje strehe. Ti trakovi za prekrivanje se uporabljajo kot zaključni sloj – zgornji sloj, kot sloj med plastmi in kot spodnji – podložni sloj. Ta standard ne obravnava ojačenih hidroizolacijskih trakov za izvedbo vodotesnosti kot podložna (sekundarna) kritina poševnih streh.
Standard ne obravnava hidroizolacijskih trakov, ki so predvideni za pritrjevanje po celotni površini pod bitumenskimi proizvodi (kot je asfalt) ter se vgrajujejo pri visoki temperaturi in so standardizirani v EN 14695.

Abdichtungsbahnen - Bitumenbahnen mit Trägereinlage für Dachabdichtungen - Definitionen und Eigenschaften This European Standard was approved by CEN on 30 July 2004 and includes Amendment 1 approved by CEN on 5 October 2006 and Amendment 2 approved by CEN on 12 June 2009.

Standard SIST EN 13707:2005+A2 (sl), Hidroizolacijski trakovi – Ojačeni bitumenski trakovi za
tesnjenje streh – Definicije in lastnosti, 2009, ima status slovenskega standarda in je enakovreden
evropskemu standardu EN 13707:2004+A2 (en, de, fr), Flexible sheets for waterproofing – Reinforced
bitumen sheets for roof waterproofing – Definitions and characteristics, 2009.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 13707:2004+A2:2009 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo CEN/TC 254 Hidroizolacijski trakovi. Slovenski standard SIST EN
13707:2005+A2:2009 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 13707:2004+A2:2009. V primeru spora
glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v enem
izmed treh uradnih jezikov CEN. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC VLA
Vlaga.
Odločitev za izdajo tega standarda je dne 28. septembra 2009 sprejel SIST/TC VLA Vlaga.
