Flexible sheets for waterproofing - Bitumen, plastic and rubber sheets for roof waterproofing - Determination of watertightness

This European Standard specifies the equipment and procedures for determining the watertightness, i.e. the resistance to ponding water or to hydraulic pressure absorbed by a limited part of the surface, of factory made products. It is applicable to bitumen, thermoplastic and elastomeric sheets.

Abdichtungsbahnen - Bitumen-, Kunststoff- und Elastomerbahnen für Dachabdichtungen - Bestimmung der Wasserdichtheit

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Bitumen-, Kunststoff- und Elastomerbahnen für Dachabdichtungen und beschreibt das Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Wasserdichtheit von industriell gefertigten Abdichtungsbahnen, z.B. als Widerstand gegen stehendes Wasser über der Abdichtungsfläche oder drückendes Wasser, das von einem begrenzten Teil der Oberfläche absorbiert wird. Diese Norm kann auch für andere Abdichtungsmaßnahmen angewandt werden.

Cette norme européenne s'applique aux feuilles d'étanchéité de toiture bitumineuses, plastiques et élastomères et spécifie les procédures pour déterminer l'étanchéité à l'eau, par exemple la résistance à l'eau stagnante ou à l'eau sous pression absorbée par une partie limitée de la surface. Cette norme peut aussi être utilisée dans d'autres domaines de l'étanchéité.
